【摘要】：創(chuàng)造性拼湊是創(chuàng)業(yè)者應(yīng)對(duì)資源困境的重要策略。農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)者因地域特點(diǎn)、自身文化水平等因素的限制,更有可能在資源方面遭遇嚴(yán)重挑戰(zhàn)。那么,成功的農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)者如何通過(guò)有效地資源管理以應(yīng)對(duì)資源困境?本研究以2014年CCTV《致富經(jīng)》欄目中52個(gè)農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)故事為樣本,采用扎根理論研究的編碼程序探究了中國(guó)農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)者的資源管理行為與資源拼湊策略。研究識(shí)別了農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)者資源拼湊的六個(gè)領(lǐng)域與十七種具體策略,這一發(fā)現(xiàn)不僅拓展了Baker等(2005)關(guān)于創(chuàng)造性拼湊的研究結(jié)論,還揭示了農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)情境下資源拼湊行為的獨(dú)特之處。本文不僅豐富了創(chuàng)造性拼湊理論和農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)理論,而且對(duì)于農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐也有借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Creative patchwork is an important strategy for entrepreneurs to cope with resource dilemmas. Due to the limitation of local characteristics and their own educational level, peasant entrepreneurs are more likely to encounter serious challenges in terms of resources. So how can successful farmers manage their resources effectively? Based on 52 stories of farmers' entrepreneurship in 2014 CCTV, this study explored the resource management behavior and resource patching strategy of Chinese peasant entrepreneurs by using the coding program of rooted theoretical research. The study identifies six areas and 17 specific strategies for resource patching of farmers' entrepreneurs. This discovery not only extends the research conclusions of Baker et al. (2005) on creative patching, but also reveals the unique features of resource patching in the context of farmers' entrepreneurship. This paper not only enriches the creative patchwork theory and the farmer entrepreneurship theory, but also has the reference value to the farmer entrepreneurship practice.
