面向技術跨越的后發(fā)企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略與技術創(chuàng)新能力動態(tài)演化仿真研究

【摘要】:以技術跨越為背景,構建了后發(fā)企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略與技術創(chuàng)新能力的動態(tài)演化理論分析框架及理論模型,并建立了由技術創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略,技術創(chuàng)新能力、技術存量3個子系統(tǒng)組成的系統(tǒng)動力學模型,揭示了后發(fā)企業(yè)在技術跨越過程中技術創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略與技術創(chuàng)新能力的動態(tài)演化規(guī)律。結果表明:(1)在技術跨越過程中,后發(fā)企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新能力提升主要來自技術存量增加的方式;根據(jù)技術創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展特點選擇合適的技術創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略、根據(jù)技術創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略資源配置方向提升技術創(chuàng)新能力均有利于技術效率的顯著提升;(2)技術跨越不同階段,技術創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略與技術創(chuàng)新能力之間呈現(xiàn)多段動態(tài)平衡演化關系。
[Abstract]:Under the background of technological leapfrogging, the dynamic evolution theory analysis framework and theoretical model of technological innovation strategy and technological innovation ability of latecomer enterprises are constructed, and the technological innovation strategy and technological innovation ability are established. The system dynamics model composed of three subsystems of technological stock reveals the dynamic evolution law of technological innovation strategy and technological innovation ability in the process of technological leapfrogging. The results show that: (1) in the process of technological leapfrogging, the improvement of technological innovation capability of the latecomer mainly comes from the way of increasing the technological stock, and according to the characteristics of the development of technological innovation ability, the appropriate technological innovation strategy is chosen. Promoting technological innovation ability according to the direction of strategic resource allocation of technological innovation is beneficial to the significant improvement of technological efficiency; (2) the relationship between technology innovation strategy and technological innovation ability is multi-stage dynamic equilibrium evolution.
