【摘要】：在分析平臺(tái)企業(yè)開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新內(nèi)在機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,從雙重社會(huì)資本嵌入視角,運(yùn)用回歸分析與SEM分析探討雙重社會(huì)資本、二元學(xué)習(xí)與開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新三者間關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,本地社會(huì)資本對(duì)開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新具有負(fù)面影響,超本地社會(huì)資本對(duì)開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新具有正面影響,二元學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)兩種社會(huì)資本均起到正向中介作用。最后,針對(duì)平臺(tái)企業(yè)開展開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的特殊性,得出管理啟示:培育本地網(wǎng)絡(luò),降低創(chuàng)新成本;拓寬超本地網(wǎng)絡(luò),獲取高異質(zhì)性資源;開展利用式學(xué)習(xí),夯實(shí)創(chuàng)新土壤;探索學(xué)習(xí)新方式,深度開發(fā)信息資源。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the internal mechanism of open service innovation in platform enterprises, this paper discusses the relationship among dual social capital, dual learning and open service innovation by means of regression analysis and SEM analysis from the perspective of double social capital embedding. The results show that local social capital has a negative impact on open service innovation, superlocal social capital has a positive impact on open service innovation, and dual learning plays a positive intermediary role in both kinds of social capital. Finally, aiming at the particularity of open service innovation in platform enterprises, the author draws the management enlightenment: cultivating local network, reducing innovation cost, widening super local network, obtaining high heterogeneity resources, carrying out utilizing learning and ramming innovation soil; Explore new ways to learn and develop information resources in depth.
