【摘要】：購(gòu)買國(guó)外專利技術(shù)與自主研發(fā)是企業(yè)獲取技術(shù)的兩種重要的互補(bǔ)性途徑。由于兩者都需要大量的資金支持,企業(yè)的融資狀況變化會(huì)對(duì)他們產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響值得關(guān)注。本文使用2012年世界銀行中國(guó)投資環(huán)境調(diào)查報(bào)告中的制造業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),采用多項(xiàng)式選擇模型檢驗(yàn)融資約束條件下企業(yè)購(gòu)買國(guó)外專利技術(shù)與自主研發(fā)之間的協(xié)同效應(yīng),以及兩者對(duì)融資約束的非對(duì)稱性反應(yīng)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的融資能力是影響企業(yè)技術(shù)獲取的重要因素。融資約束得到緩解時(shí),兩者之間會(huì)產(chǎn)生極強(qiáng)的協(xié)同效應(yīng),且自主研發(fā)對(duì)融資條件變化的反應(yīng)更大、更顯著。因此,企業(yè)在注重購(gòu)買專利技術(shù)與自主研發(fā)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的同時(shí),應(yīng)以自主研發(fā)作為未來(lái)技術(shù)獲取的主要途徑。
[Abstract]:Purchasing foreign patent technology and independent R & D are two important complementary ways for enterprises to acquire technology. Since both of them need a lot of capital support, it is worth paying attention to how the change of corporate financing situation will affect them. In this paper, the data of manufacturing enterprises in the 2012 World Bank China Investment Environment Survey report are used to test the synergy between foreign patent technology and independent R & D under financing constraints. And their asymmetric response to financing constraints. The research found that the financing ability of enterprises is an important factor affecting the acquisition of technology. When the financial constraints are alleviated, there will be a strong synergy between the two, and the independent R & D response to the change of financing conditions is greater and more significant. Therefore, while paying attention to the coordinated development of patent technology and independent R & D, enterprises should take independent R & D as the main way to acquire technology in the future.
