紛奇百貨員工滿意度調(diào)查及提升策略

【摘要】:零售連鎖超市90%的工作崗位是勞動(dòng)密集型低技術(shù)含量性工作,它所需要的人員并不要求具備很高的文化程度和專業(yè)技能,這就決定總體素質(zhì)并不是很高的特點(diǎn)�?杀M管不需要很高的文化素質(zhì),連鎖超市的工作量大,工作時(shí)間長(zhǎng),貨物的吞吐量巨大,就要求員工具備較好的心里素質(zhì)。本文的研究目的在于,以連鎖超市工作人員作為研究對(duì)象,探尋在零售業(yè)態(tài)中,對(duì)員工滿意度產(chǎn)生影響的因素,以及這些影響因素的程度。本文首先對(duì)選題的背景和意義和相關(guān)員工滿意度的理論進(jìn)行分析,得出連鎖零售超市被引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)之前的稀缺和窘迫,引進(jìn)之后的變化和改進(jìn),以及員工滿意度對(duì)企業(yè)的積極影響。之后對(duì)紛奇百貨的成功取勝及其戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變的深入探討,得出新的零售模式迎合廣大消費(fèi)群眾的消費(fèi)趨勢(shì)以及良好的管理模式,以及迫于金融危機(jī)之后的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整。并對(duì)紛奇公司員工滿意度調(diào)查,通過(guò)深度訪談和調(diào)查問(wèn)卷了解到目前公司員工滿意度的情況逐漸下降,然后分析物價(jià)薪資,工作時(shí)長(zhǎng),人際交往等原因?qū)M意度下降的影響。通過(guò)理論研究與實(shí)證分析,用統(tǒng)計(jì)和科學(xué)的依據(jù)得出初步結(jié)論,研究分析員工滿意度的意義在于增強(qiáng)員工的歸屬感和責(zé)任感,是衡量公司管理制度的重要指標(biāo),其次,員工滿意度是人力資源管理的重要的基礎(chǔ)和條件,同時(shí)也有助于提高公司管理的效率,找出與員工滿意度相關(guān)的深層次原因,并依據(jù)結(jié)果給出參考性建設(shè)意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:90% of the jobs in retail supermarkets are labor-intensive and low-skilled, and the people they need are not required to have a high level of education and professional skills, which determines that the overall quality is not a very high characteristic. But although do not need the very high cultural quality, the chain supermarket's workload is big, the working time is long, the goods throughput is huge, the request employee has the good heart quality. The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors that affect employee satisfaction and the degree of these factors in the retail business with the staff of supermarket chain as the object of study. In this paper, the background and significance of the topic and the related theory of employee satisfaction are analyzed, and the scarcity and distress before the chain retail supermarket is introduced into China, the changes and improvements after the introduction. And the positive impact of employee satisfaction on the enterprise. After that, the author makes a thorough discussion on the successful success and strategic transformation of the department store, and concludes that the new retail mode caters to the consumption trend and good management mode of the broad masses of consumers, as well as the adjustment of the enterprise strategy after the financial crisis. Through in-depth interviews and questionnaires, we find out that the employee satisfaction of the company is declining gradually, and then analyze the impact of price pay, working time, interpersonal communication and other reasons on the decline of satisfaction. Through theoretical research and empirical analysis, with statistical and scientific basis to draw a preliminary conclusion, the significance of research and analysis of employee satisfaction lies in enhancing the sense of belonging and responsibility of employees, is an important indicator to measure the company's management system, secondly, Employee satisfaction is an important foundation and condition of human resource management, and it also helps to improve the efficiency of company management, to find out the deep reasons related to employee satisfaction, and to give some constructive suggestions based on the results.
