【摘要】：種業(yè)是我國戰(zhàn)略性、基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè)。近年來,雖然我國種業(yè)得到快速發(fā)展,但其生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營中仍表現(xiàn)出"多、小、散、亂"現(xiàn)象。從世界種業(yè)發(fā)展歷史來看,種業(yè)并購整合是種業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要途徑。種業(yè)并購信息是種業(yè)并購整合的基礎(chǔ),如何科學(xué)地構(gòu)建種業(yè)并購信息交流服務(wù)平臺并進行合理評價,是我國種業(yè)界遇到的新問題。針對這一問題,本文運用層次分析法構(gòu)建了平臺評價指標(biāo)體系,從資源情況、平臺服務(wù)、運維管理和客戶滿意四方面進行分析評價,其結(jié)果是信息準(zhǔn)確性、信息資源整合能力和信息全面性三因素排在前三位,信息被采納率、人才隊伍、創(chuàng)造價值排在倒數(shù)后三位。希望該結(jié)論可以為以后的平臺建設(shè)給予參考,以推動種業(yè)并購信息交流服務(wù)平臺的建設(shè)與管理。
[Abstract]:Seed industry is a strategic and basic industry in China. In recent years, although China's seed industry has developed rapidly, its production and operation still show a phenomenon of "many, small, scattered and disorderly". From the history of the development of the seed industry in the world, the integration of seed industry and merger and acquisition is an important way for the upgrading of the seed industry and the development of the enterprises. How to scientifically construct the information exchange service platform of seed industry merger and acquisition and make a reasonable evaluation is a new problem in China's industry. In this paper, this paper constructs a platform evaluation index system using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which is analyzed and evaluated from four aspects: resource situation, platform service, operation and maintenance management and customer satisfaction. The result is information. The three factors of accuracy, information resources integration and information comprehensiveness are ranked in the top three, the rate of information acceptance, the team of talents and the value of creation are three after the reciprocal. I hope this conclusion can be used as a reference for the future platform construction, so as to promote the construction and management of the flat platform for the information exchange service of the seed industry.
