【摘要】：基于供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)企業(yè)間合作風(fēng)險和機會主義風(fēng)險的研究視角,本文從聯(lián)系強度的兩個維度——結(jié)構(gòu)強度和關(guān)系強度,探討制造商供應(yīng)商間聯(lián)系強度對企業(yè)間風(fēng)險分擔的影響機制,并將依賴不對稱作為調(diào)節(jié)變量引入聯(lián)系強度和風(fēng)險分擔的假設(shè)關(guān)系模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),聯(lián)系強度與企業(yè)間風(fēng)險分擔具有倒U型關(guān)系;依賴不對稱對聯(lián)系的關(guān)系強度與風(fēng)險分擔關(guān)系具有顯著的負向調(diào)節(jié)作用,而對聯(lián)系的結(jié)構(gòu)強度與風(fēng)險分擔關(guān)系不存在顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結(jié)論說明,企業(yè)間保持適度的聯(lián)系強度有助于實現(xiàn)風(fēng)險分擔,適度的信任、互惠對依賴不對稱對關(guān)系強度和風(fēng)險分擔關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)具有抑制作用,而結(jié)構(gòu)強度和風(fēng)險分擔關(guān)系不受依賴不對稱調(diào)節(jié)作用的干擾,即結(jié)構(gòu)強度對風(fēng)險分擔起決定性作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the research perspective of cooperation risk and opportunistic risk among supply network enterprises, this paper discusses the influence mechanism of the connection strength between manufacturers and suppliers on the risk sharing among enterprises from the two dimensions of connection strength-structural strength and relationship strength. The dependence asymmetry is introduced into the relationship model of association strength and risk sharing. It is found that the relationship between the connection strength and the risk sharing among enterprises is inversely U-shaped, and the dependence on asymmetry has a significant negative regulating effect on the relationship between the relationship strength and the risk sharing. However, there is no significant regulating effect on the relationship between structural strength and risk sharing. The conclusion of the study shows that it is helpful to realize risk-sharing and moderate trust, and reciprocity can restrain the adjustment effect of dependence asymmetry on relationship strength and risk-sharing relationship. However, the relationship between structural strength and risk sharing is not interfered by the dependent asymmetric adjustment, that is, structural strength plays a decisive role in risk sharing.
