【摘要】：本文目的在于探討謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)員工抑制性建言的作用機(jī)理,重點(diǎn)分析建言效能感的中介作用以及中庸思維的調(diào)節(jié)作用。選擇企業(yè)員工及其直接主管作為研究對(duì)象,采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型、層級(jí)回歸等方法分析了調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)。研究結(jié)果表明:謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)員工抑制性建言有正向影響;建言效能感在謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與員工抑制性建言之間起中介作用;中庸思維負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與員工抑制性建言之間的關(guān)系,員工中庸思維越高,謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與抑制性建言的正向關(guān)聯(lián)越弱。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to probe into the mechanism of humble leadership's influence on employees' suppressive advice, and to analyze the mediating effect of constructive efficacy and the moderating effect of mean thinking. The employees and their direct supervisors were chosen as the research objects, and the investigation data were analyzed by using the structural equation model and hierarchical regression. The results show that the humble leadership has a positive effect on the employees' suppressive advice, and the sense of constructive efficacy plays an intermediary role between the humble leadership and the employees' suppressive advice. Mediocre thinking negatively regulates the relationship between humble leadership and staff suppressive advice. The higher the mediocre thinking, the weaker the positive relationship between humble leadership and suppressive advice.
