創(chuàng)業(yè)者的壓力、情緒與創(chuàng)業(yè)努力——基于體驗(yàn)抽樣法的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:利用體驗(yàn)抽樣法對(duì)78位創(chuàng)業(yè)者的壓力、情緒和創(chuàng)業(yè)努力進(jìn)行了持續(xù)一個(gè)月的跟蹤調(diào)查。在使用多層線性模型分析軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析后發(fā)現(xiàn):創(chuàng)業(yè)者感受到的時(shí)間壓力會(huì)促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)者做出更多努力,而創(chuàng)業(yè)者感受到的情境壓力會(huì)減少創(chuàng)業(yè)者的努力;創(chuàng)業(yè)者感受到的壓力不僅會(huì)帶來(lái)消極情緒,而且會(huì)激發(fā)其積極情緒;創(chuàng)業(yè)者的積極情緒和消極情緒在創(chuàng)業(yè)者感受到的壓力與創(chuàng)業(yè)努力之間存在部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Experience sampling was used to investigate the stress, mood and entrepreneurial effort of 78 entrepreneurs for a month. After analyzing the data by using multi-layer linear model analysis software, it is found that the time pressure experienced by entrepreneurs will promote entrepreneurs to make more efforts, while the situational pressures felt by entrepreneurs will reduce their efforts; The pressure that entrepreneurs feel will not only bring negative emotions, but also stimulate their positive emotions. The positive emotions and negative emotions of entrepreneurs have some intermediary effect between the pressure they feel and the entrepreneurial efforts.
