考慮產(chǎn)品合格率衰變的設(shè)備維修與生產(chǎn)決策

【摘要】:研究了需求不確定條件下生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的維修計(jì)劃與生產(chǎn)決策的聯(lián)合優(yōu)化問題。首先建立了k-out-of-n系統(tǒng)設(shè)備狀態(tài)的多周期純生過程模型,然后在產(chǎn)品需求隨機(jī)、產(chǎn)品合格率隨設(shè)備狀態(tài)劣化而衰減的情況下,分析了企業(yè)的維修成本、啟動(dòng)成本、庫存或缺貨成本、生產(chǎn)成本、質(zhì)量成本,得到了企業(yè)單位時(shí)間成本最低的決策模型,并給出了較為詳細(xì)的求解方法,最后通過算例驗(yàn)證了本模型的魯棒性和精度,分析了設(shè)備劣化強(qiáng)度與合格品率的衰減率對模型結(jié)果的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,本模型能夠使制造商以較低的單位時(shí)間成本滿足市場隨機(jī)需求且魯棒性良好,此外設(shè)備的劣化強(qiáng)度及合格品率的衰減率都會(huì)顯著影響企業(yè)生產(chǎn)維修與生產(chǎn)決策,尤其是合格品率的衰減率,它會(huì)造成企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)浪費(fèi),大大提高了企業(yè)運(yùn)行成本,因此企業(yè)應(yīng)該以適當(dāng)頻率對設(shè)備進(jìn)行更新?lián)Q代。
[Abstract]:The joint optimization of maintenance plan and production decision for production equipment under uncertain demand is studied. In this paper, a multi-cycle pure process model of equipment state in k-out-of-n system is established, and then the maintenance cost, start-up cost, inventory cost or stock-out cost of the enterprise are analyzed under the condition that the product demand is random and the qualified rate of the product decreases with the deterioration of the equipment condition. A decision model with the lowest unit time cost is obtained, and a detailed solution is given. Finally, the robustness and accuracy of the model are verified by an example. The influence of equipment deterioration strength and the decay rate of qualified products on the model results is analyzed. The results show that the model can satisfy the random demand of the market with low unit time cost and has good robustness. In addition, the deterioration strength of the equipment and the attenuation rate of the qualified product rate will significantly affect the production maintenance and production decision of the enterprise. Especially the decay rate of qualified product rate will cause waste of production and greatly increase the operating cost of the enterprise. Therefore the enterprise should update the equipment with the appropriate frequency.
