【摘要】:改革開放三十多年,中國社會發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,經(jīng)濟領域取得了連續(xù)幾十年的高速發(fā)展,這其中外資企業(yè)發(fā)揮了重要作用,尤其在中國加入WTO以后大批外資企業(yè)加速進入中國市場,使得經(jīng)濟迎來了十年高峰。這些外資企業(yè)在中國做生意采用的模式大多數(shù)是外方為總經(jīng)理或高級管理人員,其余均雇傭本地員工作為銷售類人員,所有這些企業(yè)里面的銷售精英們都需要融入外資企業(yè)的文化并結合中國國情銷售產(chǎn)品,他們對所在企業(yè)的認可程度和滿意度是一個非常有意義的研究課題。如果銷售類員工對企業(yè)不滿意,最直接的影響便是銷售額的下降,而銷售額為企業(yè)的根本,沒有銷售額的企業(yè)是無法生存的,銷售類員工的重要性不言而喻。另外,銷售部也是公司眾多部門中的一個,如果一個部門存在對公司的滿意度的問題,很容易影響到另一個部門,由此擴展到整個公司,進而嚴重影響公司的整體運營,所以,選擇具有代表性銷售類員工對公司的滿意度來研究具有很好的代表性。本文作者大學畢業(yè)后先后在多家外資設備制造公司任職,根據(jù)多年的工作經(jīng)驗和觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)銷售類員工的滿意度對工作效率和銷售業(yè)績有比較大的影響,通過MBA的學習,更是發(fā)現(xiàn)有必要從系統(tǒng)研究的角度來分析這一塊知識。希望通過對AB公司銷售類員工滿意度的研究給AB公司提供參考,改進銷售類員工的管理,提升企業(yè)效率和銷售業(yè)績。推而廣之,希望能給同類企業(yè)提供一定的借鑒,并在一定層度上反映出外資企業(yè)在中國的管理現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, the Chinese society has undergone earth-shaking changes, and the economic field has witnessed rapid development for decades, in which foreign-funded enterprises have played an important role. Especially after China's entry into WTO, a large number of foreign enterprises accelerated to enter the Chinese market, making the economy usher in a 10-year peak. Most of the models used by these foreign-funded enterprises to do business in China are foreign managers or senior managers, while the rest employ local employees as sales staff. The sales elite of all these enterprises need to integrate the culture of foreign enterprises and sell products according to the conditions of China. Their degree of recognition and satisfaction with their enterprises is a very meaningful research topic. If the sales employee is not satisfied with the enterprise, the most direct impact is the decline of the sales, and the sales is the root of the enterprise, the company without the sales is unable to survive, the importance of the sales staff is self-evident. In addition, the sales department is also one of the many departments of the company. If one department has the problem of satisfaction with the company, it is easy to affect another department, thus extending to the whole company, and thus seriously affecting the overall operation of the company, so, Select representative sales staff to study the satisfaction of the company has a good representative. After graduating from university, the author has worked in many foreign-funded equipment manufacturing companies. Based on many years' work experience and observation, the author found that the satisfaction of sales staff has a great influence on work efficiency and sales performance, and has been studied by MBA. It is necessary to analyze this knowledge from the point of view of systematic research. It is hoped that the research on the employee satisfaction of AB Company will provide reference to AB Company, improve the management of sales staff, and improve the efficiency and sales performance of the company. By extension, we hope to provide some reference for similar enterprises, and reflect the management status of foreign-funded enterprises in China in a certain level.
