【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)整合管理理論探討了高新技術(shù)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的整合監(jiān)管機(jī)制。研究重點(diǎn)分析了董事會(huì)的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略層風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控與利用內(nèi)外部審計(jì)進(jìn)行內(nèi)控合規(guī)層風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控對(duì)于高新技術(shù)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的作用效應(yīng)。通過(guò)分析378家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的調(diào)查面板數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn),董事會(huì)積極參與經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略層風(fēng)險(xiǎn)整合監(jiān)控對(duì)于高新企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理起著正向促進(jìn)作用,而董事會(huì)利用內(nèi)外部審計(jì)進(jìn)行內(nèi)控合規(guī)層風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)督會(huì)削弱了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)整合管理效率。本研究表明,董事會(huì)直接有效地進(jìn)行經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略層風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控有利于企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的成功,該結(jié)論對(duì)于新興經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)家(區(qū)域)內(nèi)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of enterprise risk integration management, this paper discusses the integrated supervision mechanism of technological innovation risk in high and new technology enterprises. This paper focuses on the analysis of the effect of the management strategy risk monitoring of the board of directors and the internal and external audit on the technical innovation risk management of high and new technology enterprises by using the internal and external audit to carry out the internal control compliance level risk monitoring. Through the analysis of 378 high-tech enterprises' investigation panel data, it is found that the board of directors' active participation in the management strategy level risk integration and monitoring plays a positive role in promoting the technology innovation risk management of high-tech enterprises. The board of directors using internal and external audit for internal control compliance layer risk supervision will weaken the enterprise technology innovation risk integration management efficiency. This study shows that direct and effective management strategy risk monitoring by the board of directors is beneficial to the success of technological innovation. This conclusion has important theoretical significance and practical value for high-tech enterprises in emerging economic countries (regions) to carry out risk management of technological innovation.
