【摘要】：在企業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中,主流與新流創(chuàng)新動(dòng)態(tài)演進(jìn),形成持續(xù)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新能力提升具有重要意義。為了充分促進(jìn)主流與新流創(chuàng)新協(xié)同發(fā)展,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法對(duì)企業(yè)主流與新流創(chuàng)新動(dòng)態(tài)演進(jìn)開(kāi)展了實(shí)證研究,構(gòu)建了基于創(chuàng)新生命周期的主流與新流創(chuàng)新動(dòng)態(tài)演進(jìn)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。在神州數(shù)碼公司仿真實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出設(shè)立識(shí)別機(jī)制體系、完善政府扶持體系、轉(zhuǎn)變資源分配方式,以有效支持企業(yè)主流與新流創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In the enterprise innovation system, the main stream and the new stream innovation dynamic evolution, forms the sustainable innovation mechanism, has the vital significance to the enterprise development and the innovation ability enhancement. In order to fully promote the coordinated development of mainstream and new innovation, this paper makes an empirical study on the dynamic evolution of enterprise mainstream and new stream innovation by using the system dynamics method. The dynamic evolution system dynamics model of mainstream and new stream innovation based on innovation life cycle is constructed. On the basis of the empirical research on the simulation of Shenzhou Digital Company, this paper proposes to establish a system of identification mechanism, perfect the system of government support and change the way of resource allocation in order to effectively support the mainstream and new innovation system of enterprises.
