面向最小化拆單率的基于訂單分配順序的庫存優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在多倉商品擺放策略一定的基礎(chǔ)上,為了降低由于單倉商品數(shù)量不足所引發(fā)的拆單,對(duì)庫存量擺放策略進(jìn)行了研究。在單倉庫可能缺貨但總體不缺貨的情況下,根據(jù)銷售比例算法對(duì)商品數(shù)量進(jìn)行分配,并與原均分算法進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明銷售比例算法能夠更精確地預(yù)測(cè)庫存并進(jìn)一步降低拆單率。另外,對(duì)原根據(jù)FIFO原則的訂單分配算法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),按照離散時(shí)間將訂單分批,并通過對(duì)同一波次內(nèi)訂單順序的調(diào)整,使分配到各個(gè)倉庫的訂單更合理,從而減少數(shù)量不足引發(fā)的拆單問題。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the strategy of placing multi-warehouse goods, the inventory placement strategy is studied in order to reduce the disassembly caused by the shortage of single warehouse commodities. In the case of a single warehouse that may be out of stock but is not in short supply in general, the quantity of goods is allocated according to the sales proportion algorithm, and compared with the original average distribution algorithm. The results show that the sales ratio algorithm can predict inventory more accurately and further reduce the disassembly rate. In addition, the original order allocation algorithm based on FIFO principle is improved, the order is divided according to the discrete time, and the order is adjusted in the same wave, so that the order assigned to each warehouse is more reasonable. In order to reduce the number of problems caused by the demolition of bills.
