【摘要】:自2014年上半年起,煤炭市場持續(xù)低迷,進(jìn)入2016年,政府陸續(xù)頒布專項配套政策加快淘汰落后產(chǎn)能、過剩產(chǎn)能,進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整。因此當(dāng)前的宏觀環(huán)境迫使煤炭企業(yè)重新思考黃金十年中依靠增加投資、擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)能、提高產(chǎn)量的發(fā)展模式,轉(zhuǎn)而對企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向、發(fā)展路徑、優(yōu)勢資源獲得及利用從根本上進(jìn)行再思考和再設(shè)計,創(chuàng)新已有的發(fā)展路徑,提升煤炭企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力;诿禾科髽I(yè)實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實目的,理論界提出以綠色創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式取代原有的發(fā)展模式,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、環(huán)境績效的“三贏”目標(biāo)。但是由于綠色創(chuàng)新績效的顯現(xiàn)需要較長時間,因此需要內(nèi)外有效協(xié)同迅速轉(zhuǎn)化外部資源為內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢,形成協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力,加快企業(yè)綠色創(chuàng)新績效的實現(xiàn),擺脫目前的困境。作為一個前沿性的研究領(lǐng)域,對協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力的研究缺乏系統(tǒng)的分析,為了揭開煤炭企業(yè)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力研究的黑箱,本文將系統(tǒng)解決以下問題:協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力是否對煤炭企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效有重要作用?協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力的作用發(fā)揮又受什么要素影響?是什么機(jī)制驅(qū)動協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力提升?協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力提升是沿著怎樣的發(fā)展路徑進(jìn)行的?協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力提升過程又是如何演化的?應(yīng)采取什么樣的管理措施促進(jìn)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力的提升?本文對上述問題的分析闡述將為煤炭企業(yè)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力的研究提供一完整、動態(tài)的研究框架,從理論上解決煤炭企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)在機(jī)制問題。首先,本文基于自組織理論建立煤炭企業(yè)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力“影響要素——構(gòu)成維度——創(chuàng)新績效”的研究框架力圖解決煤炭企業(yè)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力為何形成、如何構(gòu)成、效果怎樣的問題。首先使用SSIP過程聚焦法確定了市場導(dǎo)向、政策導(dǎo)向、戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向、企業(yè)文化、技術(shù)水平5個影響要素,其次通過文獻(xiàn)研究、企業(yè)調(diào)研實證檢驗了上述要素對協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力、協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的正向影響,并在分析協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力的兩個構(gòu)成維度——協(xié)同能力與綠色創(chuàng)新能力的相互關(guān)系上,驗證其互動機(jī)制以及基于煤炭企業(yè)實際調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)探索得出影響要素中市場導(dǎo)向與戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向、政策導(dǎo)向與戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向、市場導(dǎo)向與企業(yè)文化、政策導(dǎo)向與企業(yè)文化、市場導(dǎo)向與技術(shù)水平、政策導(dǎo)向與技術(shù)水平之間存在互動關(guān)系,使對于協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力的研究更符合煤炭企業(yè)所屬行業(yè)實際。研究框架的搭建與實證檢驗,不僅證實了本文的研究目的和意義,同時也為煤炭企業(yè)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力提升關(guān)鍵要素的確定提供了理論以及實證依據(jù)。其次,本文基于實證分析的結(jié)果以及能力本身的動態(tài)性特征,運(yùn)用自組織、生物學(xué)等理論、方法對煤炭企業(yè)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力的提升進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析。基于協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力實證分析框架以及相應(yīng)的自組織理論,對能力提升的關(guān)鍵要素及其關(guān)聯(lián)機(jī)理、協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力提升的內(nèi)生性、外生性路徑各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn)以及適用條件進(jìn)行了闡述,并依據(jù)煤炭企業(yè)的行業(yè)特點(diǎn)、當(dāng)前特定的宏觀環(huán)境以及綠色創(chuàng)新能力與協(xié)同能力的相互作用機(jī)制,分析得出內(nèi)外動力耦合路徑對煤炭企業(yè)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力提升的適應(yīng)性和促進(jìn)作用。最后,本文基于生物學(xué)進(jìn)化理論對協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力提升演化過程進(jìn)行了邏輯推演。由于煤炭企業(yè)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力各個階段提升的重點(diǎn)、方式方法迥異,是一個“秩序躍遷”的演化過程,因此對其內(nèi)在基因、演化過程的闡述和分析可以揭示協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力提升的發(fā)展趨勢以及發(fā)展方向,依據(jù)能力提升的發(fā)展趨勢和發(fā)展方向本文在特定的能力管理原則基礎(chǔ)上最終提出了煤炭企業(yè)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力提升的具體管理舉措,使上述研究落實到煤炭企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理實踐當(dāng)中。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于對上述研究內(nèi)容的探索不僅僅構(gòu)建了完整的煤炭企業(yè)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力分析體系,深入探究煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動力,為綠色創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展的多元性提供了理論支持;還在于將煤炭企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的研究由靜態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閯討B(tài),更加符合協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力的復(fù)雜性特征,避免其在指導(dǎo)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新實踐過程中,產(chǎn)生基于靜態(tài)能力研究所形成的“能力剛性”問題。在研究方法上,本文不但使用了傳統(tǒng)關(guān)系研究所常用的結(jié)構(gòu)方程方法,同時運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析方法對協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展階段、能力提升基礎(chǔ)、提升路徑進(jìn)行分析,揭示其非線性運(yùn)行機(jī)制,繼而用生物學(xué)隱喻方法揭示對于能力提升最為重要的內(nèi)生因素——慣例的變異、選擇、保留過程,反映了協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力提升演化過程的本質(zhì)特征,將對能力演化的動力、要素、路徑的研究推向了更為本質(zhì)、深入的領(lǐng)域。在經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的特殊背景下,面對國家產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和環(huán)境規(guī)制加強(qiáng)的客觀條件,煤炭企業(yè)應(yīng)如何結(jié)合自身優(yōu)勢、行業(yè)特點(diǎn)來抓住機(jī)遇、規(guī)避威脅,盡快走出困境是煤炭企業(yè)經(jīng)營者關(guān)注的重心,因此本文對煤炭企業(yè)協(xié)同綠色創(chuàng)新能力的研究,對解決煤炭企業(yè)脫困的思路、方法、評價機(jī)制問題,為加快綠色創(chuàng)新的價值轉(zhuǎn)化,以及煤炭企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的管理實踐提供了新的解決思路和實施路徑。
[Abstract]:Since the first half of 2014, the coal market has been sluggish. In 2016, the government has promulgated a special supporting policy to accelerate the elimination of backward production capacity, excess capacity and industrial structure adjustment. Therefore, the current macro environment forces coal enterprises to rethink the ten years of gold to rely on increasing investment, expanding production capacity, and improving the development model of production. The development direction of the enterprise, the development path, the acquisition and utilization of the superior resources are rethought and redesigned, the existing development path is innovating and the sustainable development ability of the coal enterprises is promoted. Based on the practical purpose of the coal enterprises to achieve sustainable development, the theoretical circles put forward to replace the original development model with the green innovation development model, To achieve the "triple win" goal of economic, social and environmental performance. However, the emergence of green innovation performance takes a long time, so it is necessary to effectively coordinate external resources and internal advantages, form synergistic green innovation ability, speed up the realization of green innovation performance and get rid of the current predicament. In the research field, the research on synergistic green innovation ability is lack of systematic analysis. In order to uncover the black box of coal enterprises' synergistic green innovation ability research, this paper will solve the following problems: is synergistic green innovation ability important for coal enterprise innovation performance? And what factors play the role of coordinating the role of green innovation ability What is the impact? What mechanism drives synergy with green innovation ability? How is the synergy of green innovation ability promotion along the path of development? How is the process of synergistic green innovation ability upgrading? What management measures should be taken to promote the promotion of synergy green innovation ability? The analysis of the above problems will be expounded in this paper. In order to provide a complete and dynamic research framework for coal enterprises to cooperate with green innovation ability, the internal mechanism of coal enterprise innovation is solved theoretically. First, based on the self-organization theory, the framework of the research framework of coal enterprises' synergistic green innovation capability "influencing factors - the dimension of innovation performance" In order to solve the problem of the formation of green innovation ability in coal enterprises and how to make up the effect of green innovation, SSIP process focusing method is used to determine the 5 factors of market orientation, policy orientation, strategic orientation, enterprise culture and technical level. Secondly, through literature research, enterprise research has verified the synergistic green innovation ability of the above factors. In conjunction with the positive impact of green innovation ability on enterprise innovation performance, and the analysis of the relationship between synergy and green innovation ability, the two dimensions of synergistic green innovation capability are analyzed, and the interaction mechanism and the actual survey data of coal enterprises are explored to find out the market orientation and strategic orientation in the influencing factors. Policy orientation and strategic orientation, market orientation and enterprise culture, policy orientation and enterprise culture, market orientation and technical level, policy orientation and technical level have interaction relations, making the research on synergistic green innovation more consistent with the practice of coal enterprises. The purpose and significance of the study are also provided as well as the theoretical and empirical basis for coal enterprises to coordinate the key elements of green innovation ability promotion. Secondly, based on the results of the empirical analysis and the dynamic characteristics of the ability itself, this paper applies the theory of self-organization and biology to the coal enterprises to cooperate with the green innovation ability of coal enterprises. Based on the empirical analysis framework of synergistic green innovation capability and the corresponding self-organization theory, the key elements and related mechanism of the ability promotion, the endogenous nature of the promotion of green innovation ability, the advantages of the exogenous path and the applicable conditions are expounded, and according to the characteristics of the industry of coal enterprises, At present, the interaction mechanism of the specific macro environment and the green innovation ability and the synergistic ability, and the analysis of the adaptability and promoting effect of the internal and external dynamic coupling path on the synergistic green innovation ability of coal enterprises. Finally, based on the theory of biological evolution, this paper makes logic for the evolution process of the synergistic green color innovation ability. It is an evolutionary process of "order transition" because the coal enterprises are improving in each stage of green innovation ability. Therefore, the exposition and analysis of its inherent gene and evolution process can reveal the development trend and direction of the promotion of synergistic green innovation ability and the development of the ability to improve. Trend and development direction, based on the specific ability management principles, this paper finally put forward the concrete management measures for the coal enterprises to cooperate with the green innovation ability, so that the above research is implemented in the management practice of coal enterprises. The innovation of this paper is that the exploration of the above research content is not only built up of complete coal. Enterprises cooperate with the analysis system of green innovation ability, deeply explore the internal motive force of coal enterprise development, and provide theoretical support for the diversity of green innovation ability development. It is also changing the research of innovation capability of coal enterprises from static to dynamic, more conforms to the complex characteristics of cooperative green innovation ability, and avoids the guiding enterprise. In the process of innovation and practice, the problem of "capacity rigidity" is created based on the research of static ability. In the study method, this paper not only uses the structural equation method commonly used in the traditional relations research institute, but also uses the system analysis method to analyze the development stage of collaborative Green Innovation capability, the foundation of ability promotion, and the improvement of the path. Revealing its nonlinear operating mechanism, and then using biological metaphorical methods to reveal the most important endogenous factors for ability promotion, the variation, the selection and the retention process, reflecting the essential characteristics of the synergistic green innovation ability to improve the evolution process, and push the dynamic force, the elements and the path of the ability evolution to a more essential nature. In the special background of the period of economic transformation, facing the objective conditions of the adjustment of the national industrial structure and the strengthening of the environmental regulation, the coal enterprise should combine its own advantages and the industry characteristics to seize the opportunity, avoid the threat and get out of the difficult position as soon as possible. Therefore, the coal enterprise should cooperate with the coal enterprise with green innovation. The study of the ability to solve the problem of coal enterprises to get out of difficulties, methods and evaluation mechanism, in order to speed up the transformation of the value of green innovation, and the management practice of sustainable development of coal enterprises provides a new way of thinking and implementation path.
