【摘要】：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織在合作創(chuàng)新過程中存在相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的組織慣例,且創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各主體都在有意或無意地利用這些慣例來協(xié)調(diào)相互之間的合作行為。從組織間關(guān)系和組織間學(xué)習(xí)視角出發(fā)分析出互惠協(xié)調(diào)、知識(shí)控制、聯(lián)合引導(dǎo)治理方式,運(yùn)用多元回歸對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)428家企業(yè)的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)層面研究在不同網(wǎng)絡(luò)慣例情境下的最優(yōu)治理方式。結(jié)果顯示:網(wǎng)絡(luò)慣例是影響技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理方式以及治理績(jī)效的重要影響因素;在網(wǎng)絡(luò)慣例一致性和嵌入性水平都高的情境下,聯(lián)合引導(dǎo)治理方式較有效;在網(wǎng)絡(luò)慣例一致性水平高、嵌入性水平低的情境下,互惠協(xié)調(diào)治理方式更有效;在網(wǎng)絡(luò)慣例一致性水平低、嵌入性水平高的情境下,知識(shí)控制治理方式較有效。
[Abstract]:There are relatively stable organizational practices in the process of cooperative innovation in technological innovation network organizations, and the agents of innovation networks use these conventions intentionally or unintentionally to coordinate their cooperative behaviors. From the perspective of inter-organizational relations and inter-organizational learning, this paper analyzes the reciprocal coordination, knowledge control, joint guidance and governance, and makes an empirical analysis of the survey data of 428 domestic enterprises by using multiple regression. This paper studies the optimal governance in different network conventions from the network level. The results show that the network practice is an important factor that affects the network governance mode and governance performance of technological innovation, and the joint guidance governance is more effective in the context of high consistency and embeddedness of network practices. In the situation of high consistency of network convention and low level of embeddedness, reciprocal coordinated governance is more effective, and knowledge control governance is more effective in the situation of low consistency of network convention and high level of embeddedness.
