【摘要】：基于復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)彈性的視角,運(yùn)用專利數(shù)據(jù)分析了中國ICT行業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的彈性。結(jié)論如下:整體來看,中國ICT行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有無標(biāo)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特征,少數(shù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)主體間存在技術(shù)知識的非對稱性依賴,局部網(wǎng)絡(luò)鎖定效應(yīng)降低了創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)彈性,網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系瓦解導(dǎo)致創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)彈性下降;隨著行業(yè)創(chuàng)新主體的不斷增加,創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的均衡性和異質(zhì)性增強(qiáng),創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)彈性整體呈上升趨勢,中國ICT行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)抵抗外部不確定性因素沖擊的適應(yīng)性增強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of complex network elasticity, this paper analyzes the flexibility of Chinese ICT industry innovation network by patent data. The conclusions are as follows: on the whole, the innovation network of ICT industry in China has the characteristics of scale-free network structure, the asymmetric dependence of technical knowledge among a few network agents, the lock-in effect of local network reduces the flexibility of innovation network. The collapse of network relationship leads to the decrease of innovation network elasticity, and with the increasing of industry innovation subject, the equilibrium and heterogeneity of innovation network are enhanced, and the overall innovation network elasticity is on the rise. The innovation network of China's ICT industry is more adaptable to the impact of external uncertainties.
