YQ環(huán)保公司培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的深入發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)競爭變得日益激烈,人才對(duì)企業(yè)的作用顯得越發(fā)重要,因?yàn)槿瞬诺膬?yōu)勢(shì)可以大大提高企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)。企業(yè)人才的優(yōu)勢(shì)并不是絕對(duì)的,培訓(xùn)作為維持和增加人才優(yōu)勢(shì)的有效手段,已經(jīng)受到越來越多企業(yè)的重視和實(shí)踐。也就是說,如果一個(gè)企業(yè)有科學(xué)、合理的培訓(xùn)體系,則會(huì)在競爭中處于優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。文章通過分析YQ環(huán)保公司的培訓(xùn)體系現(xiàn)狀,找到其培訓(xùn)體系中存在的問題及原因,為公司提出培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化方案,旨在為公司構(gòu)建一個(gè)適用性強(qiáng)的培訓(xùn)體系,通過有效地培訓(xùn),為公司的發(fā)展提供人才的支持。文章首先對(duì)培訓(xùn)及培訓(xùn)體系相關(guān)理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了回顧。然后在YQ環(huán)保公司培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前公司培訓(xùn)體系中存在諸多問題:高層和員工對(duì)培訓(xùn)認(rèn)識(shí)的不足、戰(zhàn)略意識(shí)不強(qiáng)、培訓(xùn)需求分析不全面、培訓(xùn)形式單一、培訓(xùn)課程不完善、培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估薄弱、培訓(xùn)組織結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、講師素質(zhì)不高、制度不健全等。綜合歸納后,這些問題可總結(jié)為四個(gè)大的問題:培訓(xùn)文化缺失、培訓(xùn)流程不規(guī)范、培訓(xùn)資源不完備、培訓(xùn)制度不健全。隨后,針對(duì)問題,在優(yōu)化原則和優(yōu)化思路的指導(dǎo)下,為YQ環(huán)保公司提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案。優(yōu)化方案從文化、流程、資源、制度四個(gè)層面提出,具有很強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性。提出優(yōu)化方案后,為了保證優(yōu)化方案的有效實(shí)施,文章最后提出了實(shí)施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the further development of market economy, the market competition becomes more and more fierce, and the role of talents on enterprises becomes more and more important, because the advantages of talents can greatly improve the competitive advantage of enterprises. The advantage of enterprise talents is not absolute, training as an effective means to maintain and increase the advantage of talents has been paid more and more attention and practice by more and more enterprises. In other words, if an enterprise has a scientific, reasonable training system, it will be in a competitive position. This paper analyzes the present situation of YQ environmental protection company's training system, finds out the existing problems and reasons in its training system, and puts forward the optimization scheme of training system for the company, in order to build a training system with strong applicability for the company and through effective training. Provide talent support for the development of the company. This paper reviews the theory of training and training system. Then on the basis of the analysis of the current training situation of YQ Environmental Protection Company, it is found that there are many problems in the current training system of the company: the lack of awareness of training, the lack of strategic consciousness, the incomplete analysis of training demand and the single form of training. The training course is not perfect, the training effect evaluation is weak, the training organization structure is unreasonable, the instructor quality is not high, the system is not perfect and so on. These problems can be summed up into four major problems: lack of training culture, irregular training process, incomplete training resources and imperfect training system. Then, under the guidance of optimization principle and train of thought, the optimization scheme for YQ environmental protection company is put forward. The optimization scheme is put forward from four aspects of culture, process, resource and system, which has strong pertinence. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme, the paper puts forward some measures to ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme.
