【摘要】：企業(yè)家的慈善捐贈大多是由經濟動機驅動的戰(zhàn)略性慈善行為,文章為研究慈善行為對企業(yè)家個人發(fā)展的影響,以媒體呈現為中介變量,對慈善投入影響企業(yè)家聲譽的影響程度及機理進行了研究。通過對78位閩商的慈善投入及246份聲譽評價樣本的數據分析,結果顯示,慈善投入會對企業(yè)家聲譽產生顯著正向影響,而且對信任程度的影響要大于管理能力感知。進一步研究發(fā)現,媒體關注在捐贈投入與信任程度之間有完全中介作用,而在捐贈投入與管理能力感知之間起到部分中介作用。最后,基于研究結論,對如何促進企業(yè)家慈善行為的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出了對策建議。
[Abstract]:The philanthropic donation of entrepreneurs is mostly a strategic charitable act driven by economic motivation. In order to study the impact of philanthropy on the individual development of entrepreneurs, the media is taken as the intermediary variable. This paper studies the influence degree and mechanism of philanthropic investment on entrepreneur reputation. Based on the data analysis of 78 Fujian merchants' charitable investment and 246 samples of reputation evaluation, the results show that philanthropic investment has a significant positive impact on entrepreneur's reputation, and the impact on the degree of trust is greater than the perception of management ability. Further research found that media concern has a complete intermediary role between donation investment and trust degree, but plays a part intermediary role between donation investment and management ability perception. Finally, based on the conclusions of the research, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the sustainable development of entrepreneur's charitable behavior.
