【摘要】：獨角獸企業(yè)的出現(xiàn)是信息技術進步和創(chuàng)新全球化的產(chǎn)物。獨角獸企業(yè)的空間分布高度集中,其富集程度已經(jīng)成為衡量區(qū)域創(chuàng)新生態(tài)發(fā)育程度的重要表征。本文在考察2016年中國獨角獸企業(yè)空間分布特征的基礎上,選擇獨角獸企業(yè)選址的影響因素,構建指標體系,對35個樣本城市進行了實證研究,結果顯示,新經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和高素質(zhì)人口規(guī)模是獨角獸企業(yè)的區(qū)位影響因子,能夠?qū)⑦@兩個因子有機結合的城市是孕育獨角獸的最佳區(qū)位。杭州的個案則表明,平臺型企業(yè)是產(chǎn)生獨角獸的加速器。地方政府應從促進新經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與當?shù)馗叩冉逃w系有機結合角度,培育有利于獨角獸企業(yè)成長的城市創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:The emergence of unicorns is the product of information technology progress and innovation globalization. The spatial distribution of unicorn enterprises is highly concentrated, and its enrichment degree has become an important indicator to measure the development of regional innovation ecology. On the basis of investigating the spatial distribution characteristics of unicorn enterprises in 2016, this paper selects the factors influencing the location of unicorn enterprises, constructs an index system, and conducts an empirical study on 35 sample cities. The results show that, The level of development of new economy and the scale of high quality population are the factors affecting the location of unicorn enterprises. The city which can combine these two factors organically is the best location to breed unicorn. Hangzhou case shows that platform-based enterprises are the accelerator of unicorn production. From the angle of promoting the development of the new economy and the local higher education system, the local government should foster the urban innovation ecosystem which is conducive to the growth of unicorn enterprises.
