【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放后的三十年,模仿型排浪式消費(fèi)成為主流,模仿型企業(yè)以低成本優(yōu)勢(shì)擊垮了手工作坊,絕大多數(shù)傳統(tǒng)手工技藝乃至"工匠精神"消失。2013年以來(lái),我國(guó)進(jìn)入高品質(zhì)個(gè)性化消費(fèi)階段,模仿型企業(yè)瀕臨倒閉、創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展、手工作坊恢復(fù)經(jīng)營(yíng)。中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)技藝和"工匠精神"的變遷,乃是收入水平導(dǎo)向下消費(fèi)者理性選擇的結(jié)果。要恢復(fù)"工匠精神",一方面要增加中等收入階層的規(guī)模和收入水平;另一方面從補(bǔ)貼中小企業(yè)向補(bǔ)貼技術(shù)精湛的工匠轉(zhuǎn)變,全方位培育專心工藝打磨和技術(shù)鉆研的優(yōu)秀工匠。
[Abstract]:In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, imitation consumption has become the mainstream. Imitation enterprises have broken down the workshops with low cost. Most of the traditional handicraft skills and even the "craftsmanship" have disappeared since 2013. China has entered the stage of high quality personalized consumption, imitation enterprises are on the verge of closing down, innovative enterprises are booming, manual workshops resume operation. The change of Chinese traditional skills and craftsmanship is the result of rational choice of consumers under income level. To restore the spirit of craftsman, on the one hand, we should increase the scale and income level of the middle income class; on the other hand, we should change from subsidizing small and medium-sized enterprises to subsidizing skilled craftsmen, so as to cultivate excellent craftsmen who concentrate on grinding and studying technology.
