【摘要】：什么年齡階段的企業(yè)具有更高的國(guó)際化可能?傳統(tǒng)國(guó)際化理論認(rèn)為,只有成熟企業(yè)才會(huì)選擇國(guó)際化作為其擴(kuò)張路徑。然而,國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上越來(lái)越多的年輕企業(yè)甚至新建企業(yè)顛覆了傳統(tǒng)論斷。本文在綜合了天生國(guó)際企業(yè)理論和國(guó)際化階段理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)運(yùn)用中國(guó)制造業(yè)微觀企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)(1998—2007),發(fā)現(xiàn)受到隨企業(yè)年齡而演變的"國(guó)際化動(dòng)力"和"國(guó)際化能力"的共同影響,企業(yè)年齡與企業(yè)國(guó)際化傾向之間實(shí)質(zhì)上存在非線性的"U型"影響關(guān)系,年輕企業(yè)和成熟企業(yè)(年齡≥7)都具有較高的國(guó)際化可能性。對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè),受國(guó)際化動(dòng)力驅(qū)使的年輕企業(yè)的國(guó)際化傾向更高。此外,這種關(guān)系還受到企業(yè)規(guī)模、外商直接投資密度和國(guó)際化企業(yè)密度調(diào)節(jié)作用的影響。本研究從一個(gè)新的視角對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)的國(guó)際化行為進(jìn)行了詮釋,為更好地理解不同年齡階段的企業(yè)國(guó)際化行為以及中國(guó)企業(yè)的快速國(guó)際化進(jìn)程做出了貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:At what age are firms more likely to be internationalized? According to traditional internationalization theory, only mature enterprises will choose internationalization as their expansion path. However, a growing number of young businesses and even new businesses on the international market have overturned the traditional argument. On the basis of synthesizing the theory of natural international firm and the theory of internationalization stage, By using microenterprise data of Chinese manufacturing industry (1998-2007), it is found that both "internationalization power" and "internationalization capability" are influenced by the evolution of enterprises' age.
