【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)下,我國加快了工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的步伐,大力實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,加快創(chuàng)新體系建設(shè),以實現(xiàn)我國工業(yè)發(fā)展的提質(zhì)增效。區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新在加快我國工業(yè)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,實現(xiàn)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。創(chuàng)新是推動工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的持續(xù)動力,而區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新將加快創(chuàng)新資源、創(chuàng)新要素和創(chuàng)新成果的跨主體流動,促進(jìn)工業(yè)由中低端邁向中高端,最終實現(xiàn)我國由工業(yè)大國向工業(yè)強(qiáng)國的轉(zhuǎn)變。因此,研究區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新對工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的影響具有重要意義。首先,本文對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了梳理,對我國區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新和工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,探析了區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新和工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級之間的互動關(guān)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建評價模型,以長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶為實證分析對象,運用協(xié)調(diào)度模型對長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶各省市的區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新與工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的協(xié)調(diào)度進(jìn)行了測度分析,并運用DEA模型對長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶上不同省市的區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新對工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的促進(jìn)效果進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果顯示各省市區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新與工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級之間的協(xié)調(diào)度整體上是處于上升狀態(tài)的,并且區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力的提高有助于促進(jìn)工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,但不同省市表現(xiàn)出不同效果。最后,在實證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了發(fā)揮政府引導(dǎo)作用、構(gòu)建產(chǎn)學(xué)研交流機(jī)制、加快工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、積極推動產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移等對策建議,不斷提升區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力,促進(jìn)工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal state of economic development, China has quickened the pace of industrial transformation and regional coordinated development, vigorously implemented the strategy of innovation-driven development, and accelerated the construction of innovation system, so as to realize the improvement of quality and efficiency of China's industrial development. Regional collaborative innovation plays a more and more important role in accelerating the transformation of industrial development mode and realizing coordinated development in China. Innovation is the continuous driving force to promote industrial transformation, and regional collaborative innovation will speed up the cross-agent flow of innovation resources, innovation elements and innovation results, and promote industry to move from middle and low to middle to high end. Finally, the transformation of China from a large industrial country to an industrial power is realized. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the impact of regional collaborative innovation on industrial transformation and upgrading. First of all, this paper combs the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars, analyzes the current situation of regional collaborative innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading in China, and probes into the interactive relationship between regional collaborative innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading. Taking the Yangtze River economic belt as the empirical analysis object, this paper uses the coordination degree model to measure and analyze the coordination degree between the regional collaborative innovation and the industrial transformation and upgrading of the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt. DEA model is used to analyze the promoting effect of regional collaborative innovation of different provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt on industrial transformation and upgrading. The results show that the degree of coordination between regional collaborative innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading is on the rise, and the improvement of regional collaborative innovation ability is helpful to promote industrial transformation and upgrading. But different provinces and cities show different effects. Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as giving full play to the role of government guidance, constructing the communication mechanism between industry, college and research, speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure, actively promoting industrial transfer and so on, so as to continuously enhance the ability of regional collaborative innovation. Promote industrial transformation and upgrading.
