社會(huì)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)資本的影響機(jī)制

【摘要】:作為蘊(yùn)含在社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中且有助于企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的資源,社會(huì)資本對(duì)于企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)具有重要意義,其獲取和積累也是企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)中面臨的重要課題。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)社會(huì)資本的來(lái)源已經(jīng)從傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)間社交關(guān)系向虛擬連帶拓展,從而為企業(yè)主動(dòng)獲取和積累社會(huì)資本提供了廣闊空間。但是,現(xiàn)有研究更加側(cè)重于企業(yè)社會(huì)資本如何影響企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效而較少探討企業(yè)社會(huì)資本的形成,特別是對(duì)在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)資本的影響重視較少。本文通過回顧現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn),梳理總結(jié)影響企業(yè)社會(huì)資本形成的因素和整合框架,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析社會(huì)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)資本形成的影響,從而對(duì)未來(lái)的研究方向予以展望。
[Abstract]:As a resource contained in social network and helpful for enterprises to achieve their goals, social capital is of great significance to enterprise management, and its acquisition and accumulation is also an important subject in enterprise management.With the development of Internet technology, the source of corporate social capital has been expanded from the traditional social relations between enterprises to virtual joint and several, thus providing a broad space for enterprises to actively acquire and accumulate social capital.However, the existing studies focus more on how corporate social capital affects business performance, and less on the formation of corporate social capital, especially on the impact of online social networks on corporate social capital.By reviewing the existing literature, this paper summarizes the factors affecting the formation of corporate social capital and the framework of integration, and on this basis analyzes the impact of the social network environment on the formation of corporate social capital, and then looks forward to the future research direction.
