【摘要】：從企業(yè)孵化網(wǎng)絡(luò)本身以及環(huán)境視角分析了企業(yè)孵化網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理績(jī)效的影響因素,通過企業(yè)孵化網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制對(duì)治理績(jī)效關(guān)系的實(shí)證分析,驗(yàn)證了環(huán)境不確定下企業(yè)孵化網(wǎng)絡(luò)的契約治理機(jī)制、管理治理機(jī)制對(duì)治理績(jī)效的影響。結(jié)果表明:企業(yè)孵化網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制中的契約治理機(jī)制、關(guān)系治理機(jī)制對(duì)治理績(jī)效具有正向調(diào)節(jié)作用;環(huán)境不確定性會(huì)擴(kuò)大或縮小治理機(jī)制對(duì)治理績(jī)效的作用強(qiáng)度。企業(yè)孵化網(wǎng)絡(luò)在高市場(chǎng)不確定性環(huán)境下,采用關(guān)系治理機(jī)制的績(jī)效較好;在高技術(shù)不確定性環(huán)境下,采用契約治理機(jī)制的績(jī)效較好。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of enterprise incubation network itself and environment, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of corporate incubation network governance performance, and analyzes the relationship between governance performance and corporate incubation network governance mechanism.The contract governance mechanism and the influence of management governance mechanism on governance performance are verified under the uncertainty of environment.The results show that the contract governance mechanism in the incubating network governance mechanism, the relationship governance mechanism has a positive regulatory effect on governance performance, and the environmental uncertainty will expand or reduce the intensity of governance mechanism on governance performance.Under the environment of high market uncertainty, the performance of enterprise incubating network is better by using relational governance mechanism, and under the environment of high technology uncertainty, the performance of contract governance mechanism is better.
