創(chuàng)業(yè)者生理心理因素對創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的影響—實證研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)是創(chuàng)業(yè)者運用現(xiàn)有的或可獲得的資源,按照市場信號導(dǎo)向,自主選擇價值生產(chǎn)和價值創(chuàng)造模式的過程。創(chuàng)業(yè)是創(chuàng)業(yè)者發(fā)現(xiàn)機會、組織和整合資源創(chuàng)造價值的行為。因此,創(chuàng)業(yè)者的判斷和能力是創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的重要決定因素之一。研究創(chuàng)業(yè)者個體特征對創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的影響具有重要的理論與實際意義。本研究集中探討創(chuàng)業(yè)者個體生理因素與心理因素對創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的影響,并揭示其作用機制。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出相關(guān)的對策建議。本研究依據(jù)研究假設(shè),以量化研究為主要研究方法,以在大陸與臺灣等兩地投資之臺商為研究對象。問卷調(diào)查方式分為兩種:書面問卷調(diào)查和網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷調(diào)查。本次調(diào)查合計回收有效問卷計255份。在問卷回收后,加以編碼,以SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件包進行次數(shù)分配分析、T檢定、單因子變異數(shù)分析、回歸分析等統(tǒng)計方法開展實證研究。創(chuàng)業(yè)者是創(chuàng)業(yè)活動核心。由于創(chuàng)業(yè)者個體生理特質(zhì)與心理特征存在顯著差異,不同的創(chuàng)業(yè)者創(chuàng)業(yè)成功與否、創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的高低也存在顯著差異。為此,本研究在大量相關(guān)文獻檢索歸納整理的基礎(chǔ)上,以工作壓力為中介變量,系統(tǒng)分析創(chuàng)業(yè)者個體生理因素(年齡)、心理因素對創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的影響及其作用機制。分析顯示,在給定創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境條件下,創(chuàng)業(yè)者個體生理特征和心理特質(zhì)的差異將導(dǎo)致工作壓力的不同表現(xiàn)。創(chuàng)業(yè)家之年齡會負向影響創(chuàng)業(yè)動機,而其作用機制則在于創(chuàng)業(yè)者之年齡正向影響工作壓力。而創(chuàng)業(yè)者的年齡和心理特質(zhì)的差異將導(dǎo)致其創(chuàng)業(yè)動機的不同分布。實證分析顯示,創(chuàng)業(yè)者創(chuàng)業(yè)動機之不同分布是影響工作壓力的一個重要因素。對工作壓力的進一步分析顯示,工作壓力的高低會負向影響創(chuàng)業(yè)家之心理健康與生理健康。因此,創(chuàng)業(yè)者個體的生理特征與心理特質(zhì)與工作壓力之間存在雙向傳導(dǎo)作用。這種雙向傳導(dǎo)作用是導(dǎo)致創(chuàng)業(yè)者個體差異影響創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的內(nèi)生性機制;趧(chuàng)業(yè)績效的這一生成機制,,文章提出了相關(guān)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship is a process in which entrepreneurs make use of existing or available resources and choose their own models of value production and value creation according to market signals.Entrepreneurship is the act of entrepreneurs discovering opportunities, organizing and integrating resources to create value.Therefore, the judgment and ability of entrepreneurs is one of the important determinants of entrepreneurial performance.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of entrepreneurs' individual characteristics on entrepreneurial performance.This study focuses on the impact of individual physiological and psychological factors on entrepreneurial performance and reveals its mechanism.On this basis, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.According to the hypothesis of the research, the quantitative research is the main research method, and the Taiwan businessmen investing in the mainland and Taiwan are the research objects.The questionnaire is divided into two types: written questionnaire and online questionnaire.A total of 255 valid questionnaires were collected.After the questionnaire was collected, the questionnaire was coded, and the statistical methods of frequency distribution analysis, single factor ANOVA, regression analysis and so on were carried out with SPSS statistical software package.Entrepreneurs are the core of entrepreneurial activity.Due to the significant differences between individual physiological traits and psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs, there are significant differences in entrepreneurial performance among different entrepreneurs whether they succeed or not.Therefore, on the basis of a large number of related literature, this study systematically analyzes the influence of individual physiological factors (age, psychological factors) on entrepreneurial performance and its mechanism with work stress as intermediary variable.The analysis shows that under the given entrepreneurial environment, the differences of individual physiological and psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs will lead to different manifestations of job stress.The age of entrepreneur has a negative effect on entrepreneurial motivation, and its mechanism is that the age of entrepreneur positively affects work pressure.The differences in age and psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs will lead to different distribution of entrepreneurial motivation.Empirical analysis shows that different distribution of entrepreneurial motivation is an important factor affecting job stress.Further analysis of work stress shows that the level of work stress will negatively affect the mental and physical health of entrepreneurs.Therefore, there is a bidirectional conduction between the physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics of the entrepreneur and the work pressure.This two-way conduction is an endogenous mechanism that leads to individual differences affecting entrepreneurial performance.Based on this lifetime mechanism of entrepreneurial performance, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
