面向業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題求解的知識(shí)模塊建模與管理方法研究

【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,知識(shí)資源已成為企業(yè)中最重要的戰(zhàn)略資源,如何充分發(fā)揮知識(shí)資源的最大利用價(jià)值更是企業(yè)進(jìn)行知識(shí)管理的首要任務(wù)。而要想充分發(fā)揮知識(shí)資源的最大價(jià)值,基礎(chǔ)性的工作是建立知識(shí)與知識(shí)、知識(shí)與業(yè)務(wù)之間的聯(lián)系,并通過(guò)科學(xué)的方法將其以業(yè)務(wù)為核心進(jìn)行合理的整合,使其發(fā)揮最佳的協(xié)作性能。本文基于這樣的構(gòu)思,提出面向業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題求解的知識(shí)模塊的設(shè)想,旨在為企業(yè)高效的知識(shí)資源管理提供新的思路和方法。通過(guò)知識(shí)模塊可以把具有復(fù)雜關(guān)系及規(guī)則的知識(shí)組合化為相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單的組成部分,并基于特定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將其進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模塊化處理,使知識(shí)沉淀在企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題的解決流程之中,不僅可以提高求解業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題的效率,還能提供更好的知識(shí)服務(wù)。本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外研究及調(diào)研分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了面向業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題求解的知識(shí)模塊的概念,并從多個(gè)維度、多個(gè)視圖對(duì)知識(shí)模塊的結(jié)構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行深入研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)知識(shí)模塊的資源配置、知識(shí)模塊的編碼、變型設(shè)計(jì)和評(píng)價(jià)等管理方法進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的研究,并對(duì)基于知識(shí)模塊的業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題知識(shí)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了初步研究。本文的研究工作旨在提高企業(yè)對(duì)知識(shí)資源的利用率及面向業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題求解方案的知識(shí)資源配置的效率和質(zhì)量,使良好的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及知識(shí)能夠在業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題求解方案中沉淀,并通過(guò)企業(yè)知識(shí)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行積累,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)基于進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)基于知識(shí)模塊的知識(shí)支撐服務(wù)。首先,本文從業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題求解及知識(shí)資源配置服務(wù)的角度,將知識(shí)與業(yè)務(wù)相融合,提出并建立了面向業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題求解的知識(shí)模塊模型,并從多個(gè)視圖深入研究了知識(shí)模塊的各組成要素及其之間的復(fù)雜關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)模塊的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化呈現(xiàn)方式,輔助知識(shí)與經(jīng)驗(yàn)在企業(yè)中的沉淀和重用。其次,在知識(shí)模塊模型的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)構(gòu)建知識(shí)模塊的流程進(jìn)行分析,并提出知識(shí)模塊的演化特性分析參數(shù)及分析模型,以期對(duì)知識(shí)模塊的演化規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究,同時(shí)從知識(shí)模塊層面對(duì)基于CBR技術(shù)、領(lǐng)域?qū)<、?shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)等的知識(shí)資源配置方法進(jìn)行深入研究。之后,為實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)對(duì)知識(shí)模塊更好的管理,提出了知識(shí)模塊編碼參數(shù)的三維模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了知識(shí)模塊的編碼方法,提出了知識(shí)模塊族的概念及基于知識(shí)模塊族的知識(shí)模塊變型設(shè)計(jì)方法,更便捷地實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)模塊的重用。結(jié)合AHP分析方法對(duì)知識(shí)模塊配置方案的評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行研究,并結(jié)合實(shí)例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。最后,對(duì)基于知識(shí)模塊的業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題知識(shí)服務(wù)原型系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)行了初步研究,包括系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計(jì)、體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的部分功能模塊進(jìn)行了開發(fā),旨在推進(jìn)知識(shí)模塊理論方法在企業(yè)知識(shí)管理中的有效應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge resources have become the most important strategic resources in enterprises. How to give full play to the maximum value of knowledge resources is the most important task for enterprises to carry out knowledge management.In order to give full play to the maximum value of knowledge resources, the basic work is to establish the relationship between knowledge and knowledge, knowledge and business, and to integrate them with business as the core through scientific methods.Make it play the best cooperation performance.Based on this conception, this paper proposes a knowledge module for business problem solving, which aims to provide new ideas and methods for efficient knowledge resource management in enterprises.Through the knowledge module, the knowledge with complex relations and rules can be combined into a relatively simple component, and based on the specific standards, the knowledge can be modularized to make the knowledge precipitate in the process of solving the enterprise business problems.It can not only improve the efficiency of solving business problems, but also provide better knowledge services.On the basis of research and analysis at home and abroad, the concept of knowledge module for business problem solving is put forward in this paper, and the structure model of knowledge module is deeply studied from many dimensions and views.On this basis, the management methods of resource allocation, coding, variant design and evaluation of knowledge module are studied in detail, and the knowledge service system of business problem based on knowledge module is studied preliminarily.The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency and quality of enterprise's utilization of knowledge resources and the allocation of knowledge resources oriented to business problem solving schemes, so that good experience and knowledge can be precipitated in business problem solving schemes.The knowledge support service based on knowledge module is realized through the accumulation of enterprise knowledge service system.First of all, from the point of view of business problem solving and knowledge resource allocation service, this paper proposes and establishes a knowledge module model for business problem solving.In this paper, the components of the knowledge module and their complex relationships are studied from several views. The standardized presentation of the knowledge module is realized, and the sedimentation and reuse of knowledge and experience in the enterprise is assisted.Secondly, on the basis of the knowledge module model, the process of building the knowledge module is analyzed, and the analysis parameters and analysis model of the knowledge module's evolution characteristics are put forward in order to study the evolution law of the knowledge module.At the same time, the knowledge resource allocation methods based on CBR technology, domain experts and data driven are studied from the knowledge module level.Then, in order to achieve better management of knowledge module, a 3D model of coding parameters of knowledge module is proposed, and the coding method of knowledge module is studied.The concept of knowledge module family and the design method of knowledge module variant based on knowledge module family are put forward, which can realize the reuse of knowledge module more conveniently.This paper studies the evaluation method of knowledge module configuration scheme with AHP analysis method, and verifies it with an example.Finally, the prototype system of business problem knowledge service based on knowledge module is studied, including the function design and architecture design of the system, and the development of some function modules of the system.The purpose is to promote the effective application of knowledge module theory and method in enterprise knowledge management.
