【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,市場的競爭日益激烈,采購對企業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)越來越具有戰(zhàn)略性,其已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)核心競爭力的重要組成要素。采購管理被越來越多的企業(yè)所關(guān)注,做好企業(yè)的采購管理對企業(yè)的發(fā)展具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本論文通過文獻(xiàn)研究、案例研究等方法結(jié)合起來,以“A招標(biāo)代理公司的采購流程現(xiàn)狀與問題”為例,對采購過程進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究。全文分五個部分來闡述。第一部分介紹了本文的研究背景及意義,以及研究的內(nèi)容和相關(guān)章節(jié)的安排。闡述了本文的研究方法及技術(shù)路徑,同時指出了研究上存在的不足之處。第二部分為相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述,即從學(xué)理上對采購相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述。具體包括采購理論、業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論、供應(yīng)商管理與選擇理論、客戶需求管理理論。第三部分為實(shí)證性的研究,即以“A招標(biāo)代理公司采購流程現(xiàn)狀與問題”為例,介紹了A招標(biāo)代理公司采購的現(xiàn)狀和流程,同時對采購方面、供應(yīng)商管理與選擇方面所存在的問題進(jìn)行了全面的分析與研究。第四部分主要是根據(jù)“A招標(biāo)代理公司采購流程現(xiàn)狀與問題”的研究與分析,全面優(yōu)化了公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程,建立起兩級管理制度,劃分組織機(jī)構(gòu)及實(shí)施職責(zé),并制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化流程。第五部分是具體實(shí)施采購流程的優(yōu)化方案,并對采購流程優(yōu)化后的效果進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, and the contribution of procurement to enterprises is becoming more and more strategic, which has become an important component of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Procurement management is paid more and more attention by more and more enterprises. It is of great practical significance to do the procurement management well for the development of enterprises.This paper combines the methods of literature research and case study, taking "A bidding Agency's purchasing process and problems" as an example, and makes a systematic study on the procurement process.The full text is divided into five parts to elaborate.The first part introduces the research background and significance of this paper, as well as the content of the study and the arrangement of relevant chapters.This paper describes the research methods and technical path, and points out the shortcomings of the research.The second part is related literature review, that is, from the theoretical point of view of procurement related theory.It includes purchasing theory, business process reengineering theory, supplier management and selection theory, customer demand management theory.The third part is empirical research, that is, "A bidding agent company procurement process status and problems" as an example, introduced the A bidding agent company procurement status and process, at the same time,The problems in supplier management and selection are analyzed and studied.The fourth part is mainly based on the research and analysis of "A bidding agent company procurement process status and problems", the overall optimization of the business process of the company, the establishment of a two-level management system, the division of organization and implementation responsibilities.And develop standardization process.The fifth part is the implementation of the procurement process optimization scheme, and analysis of the effect of the procurement process optimization.
