【摘要】：大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)已成為時(shí)代最強(qiáng)音,迫切要求科研人員加快創(chuàng)業(yè)步伐。衍生企業(yè)是高技術(shù)研究機(jī)構(gòu)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的重要載體,而其與母體之間的關(guān)系深刻影響自身發(fā)展�；谥贫壤碚摵唾Y源基礎(chǔ)理論,構(gòu)建衍生企業(yè)與母體關(guān)系分析框架。利用中科院長春光機(jī)所、深圳先進(jìn)院、蘇州納米所、西安光機(jī)所案例,歸納了衍生企業(yè)與母體的一體式、合同式、平臺(tái)式、生態(tài)式4種關(guān)系模式,總結(jié)為點(diǎn)、線、面、體的發(fā)展關(guān)系,提出高技術(shù)研究機(jī)構(gòu)衍生企業(yè)分類管理政策建議。
[Abstract]:Mass entrepreneurship has become the strongest voice of the times, and scientists are urgently required to speed up the pace of entrepreneurship.Derivative enterprises are important carriers for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in high-tech research institutions, and the relationship between them and their parent bodies has a profound impact on their own development.Based on institutional theory and resource-based theory, this paper constructs a framework for the analysis of relationship between derivative enterprises and their parent bodies.By using the cases of Changchun Optical Machinery Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenzhen Advanced Institute, Suzhou Nano Institute and Xi'an Optical Machinery Institute, this paper sums up four kinds of relationship models of derivative enterprises and their parent bodies: integrated, contract, platform, ecological, and summarized as point, line and surface.In this paper, the author puts forward some policy suggestions on the classification and management of high-tech research institutions derivative enterprises.
