【摘要】：BIM技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)使傳統(tǒng)的建造模式得到了改變,使建筑業(yè)由粗放的發(fā)展模式向集約的發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)變。但是近幾年BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用并未在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)得到推廣,本文目的是找出建設(shè)單位應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)的主要障礙性因素,并根據(jù)障礙性因素的阻礙程度大小建立相應(yīng)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制。本文首先闡述了BIM技術(shù)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的應(yīng)用研究現(xiàn)狀和激勵(lì)機(jī)制相關(guān)理論。然后通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)綜述歸納總結(jié)了建設(shè)單位應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)的障礙性因素,并結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際情況,對(duì)建設(shè)單位應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)的障礙性因素進(jìn)行分類(lèi)總結(jié),構(gòu)建了具有代表性的影響建設(shè)單位應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)的障礙性因素指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系,并將指標(biāo)體系分為技術(shù)類(lèi)、管理類(lèi)、規(guī)則類(lèi)、經(jīng)濟(jì)類(lèi)和環(huán)境類(lèi)五個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和多個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)。運(yùn)用層次分析法確定現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)建設(shè)單位應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)的障礙性因素指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,從而找出BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用過(guò)程中主要障礙性因素。最后,分析了建設(shè)單位在應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)過(guò)程中,建設(shè)單位和政府的角色定位,從物質(zhì)激勵(lì)和精神激勵(lì)兩方面對(duì)建設(shè)單位自我發(fā)展激勵(lì)機(jī)制進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,從稅收優(yōu)惠、財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼和技術(shù)支持三方面對(duì)政府保障激勵(lì)機(jī)制進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,通過(guò)相應(yīng)激勵(lì)機(jī)制的構(gòu)建,促進(jìn)了建設(shè)單位BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The appearance of BIM technology has changed the traditional construction mode and changed the construction industry from extensive development mode to intensive development mode.However, in recent years, the application of BIM technology has not been popularized in the whole country. The purpose of this paper is to find out the main obstacle factors in the application of BIM technology in construction units, and to establish the corresponding incentive mechanism according to the degree of obstacle factors.This paper first describes the application of BIM technology in domestic and foreign research and incentive mechanism theory.Then through literature review summarized the obstacle factors of the application of BIM technology in construction units, and combined with the actual situation in China, classified and summarized the obstacle factors of the application of BIM technology in construction units.A representative evaluation system of obstacle factors affecting the application of BIM technology in construction units was constructed, and the index system was divided into technical category, management class, rule class, economic class and environment category, and a number of secondary indicators.The weight of obstacle factors in the application of BIM technology in the construction units of our country is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the main obstacle factors in the application of BIM technology are found out.Finally, this paper analyzes the role orientation of the construction unit and the government in the process of applying BIM technology, constructs the self-development incentive mechanism of the construction unit from two aspects of material incentive and spiritual incentive, and gives tax preference to the construction unit.The government guarantee incentive mechanism is constructed from three aspects of financial subsidy and technical support. Through the construction of the corresponding incentive mechanism, the application of BIM technology in the construction unit is promoted.
