【摘要】：BIM技術的出現(xiàn)使傳統(tǒng)的建造模式得到了改變,使建筑業(yè)由粗放的發(fā)展模式向集約的發(fā)展模式轉變。但是近幾年BIM技術的應用并未在全國范圍內得到推廣,本文目的是找出建設單位應用BIM技術的主要障礙性因素,并根據(jù)障礙性因素的阻礙程度大小建立相應的激勵機制。本文首先闡述了BIM技術在國內外的應用研究現(xiàn)狀和激勵機制相關理論。然后通過文獻綜述歸納總結了建設單位應用BIM技術的障礙性因素,并結合我國實際情況,對建設單位應用BIM技術的障礙性因素進行分類總結,構建了具有代表性的影響建設單位應用BIM技術的障礙性因素指標評價體系,并將指標體系分為技術類、管理類、規(guī)則類、經濟類和環(huán)境類五個一級指標和多個二級指標。運用層次分析法確定現(xiàn)階段我國建設單位應用BIM技術的障礙性因素指標的權重,從而找出BIM技術應用過程中主要障礙性因素。最后,分析了建設單位在應用BIM技術過程中,建設單位和政府的角色定位,從物質激勵和精神激勵兩方面對建設單位自我發(fā)展激勵機制進行構建,從稅收優(yōu)惠、財政補貼和技術支持三方面對政府保障激勵機制進行構建,通過相應激勵機制的構建,促進了建設單位BIM技術應用。
[Abstract]:The appearance of BIM technology has changed the traditional construction mode and changed the construction industry from extensive development mode to intensive development mode.However, in recent years, the application of BIM technology has not been popularized in the whole country. The purpose of this paper is to find out the main obstacle factors in the application of BIM technology in construction units, and to establish the corresponding incentive mechanism according to the degree of obstacle factors.This paper first describes the application of BIM technology in domestic and foreign research and incentive mechanism theory.Then through literature review summarized the obstacle factors of the application of BIM technology in construction units, and combined with the actual situation in China, classified and summarized the obstacle factors of the application of BIM technology in construction units.A representative evaluation system of obstacle factors affecting the application of BIM technology in construction units was constructed, and the index system was divided into technical category, management class, rule class, economic class and environment category, and a number of secondary indicators.The weight of obstacle factors in the application of BIM technology in the construction units of our country is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the main obstacle factors in the application of BIM technology are found out.Finally, this paper analyzes the role orientation of the construction unit and the government in the process of applying BIM technology, constructs the self-development incentive mechanism of the construction unit from two aspects of material incentive and spiritual incentive, and gives tax preference to the construction unit.The government guarantee incentive mechanism is constructed from three aspects of financial subsidy and technical support. Through the construction of the corresponding incentive mechanism, the application of BIM technology in the construction unit is promoted.
