基于知識(shí)共享的關(guān)聯(lián)供應(yīng)鏈合作激勵(lì)機(jī)制分析

【摘要】:本文分析了基于知識(shí)共享的關(guān)聯(lián)供應(yīng)鏈的合作機(jī)理,包括合作動(dòng)因、合作經(jīng)濟(jì)性及影響因素,并且對(duì)比了兩種合作決策模型,得出了建立合作激勵(lì)機(jī)制的必要性。然后分別建立了基于顯性知識(shí)共享的合作激勵(lì)機(jī)制和基于隱性知識(shí)共享的合作激勵(lì)機(jī)制,前者側(cè)重定量分析,后者側(cè)重定性分析,且進(jìn)一步對(duì)最優(yōu)激勵(lì)系數(shù)、最優(yōu)知識(shí)共享努力水平的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the cooperative mechanism of the associated supply chain based on knowledge sharing, including the cooperation motivation, cooperation economy and influencing factors, and compares the two kinds of cooperative decision models, and concludes the necessity of establishing cooperative incentive mechanism.Then the cooperative incentive mechanism based on explicit knowledge sharing and the cooperative incentive mechanism based on tacit knowledge sharing are established respectively. The former focuses on quantitative analysis, the latter focuses on qualitative analysis, and further studies the optimal incentive coefficient.The factors related to the level of optimal knowledge sharing efforts are analyzed.
