面向一體化生產(chǎn)的板坯入出庫管理優(yōu)化研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:板坯庫是鋼鐵生產(chǎn)流程中重要的物流節(jié)點之一,它既是煉鋼工序的成品庫,又是熱軋軋制工序的原料庫,對上下游工序的生產(chǎn)具有重要的影響。板坯庫內(nèi)垛位和板坯數(shù)量繁多,板坯的屬性、狀態(tài)均較為復(fù)雜,如果單純依靠人工指派入庫垛位和進行出庫優(yōu)化,效率較低,且受到人工思維的局限性限制。本文對面向上下游生產(chǎn)的板坯入庫、出庫的優(yōu)化管理進行研究,對關(guān)鍵問題進行分析和抽象,為關(guān)鍵的入庫和出庫問題建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,并選中恰當(dāng)?shù)乃惴ㄟM行求解,并在此基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)了板坯入出庫管理系統(tǒng)。本文在研究國內(nèi)外板坯庫入出庫管理先進技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,深入剖析了鋼鐵一體化生產(chǎn)約束條件下,板坯庫入出庫管理的重要作用,并針對板坯庫現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,明確了板坯庫入出庫管理優(yōu)化內(nèi)容,建立了板坯庫生產(chǎn)物流總體模型。并基于保障一體化生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏,減少倒垛量的目標(biāo),為板坯入庫和板坯出庫優(yōu)化分別建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型。針對板坯入庫,本文為影響匹配度的各指標(biāo)以參數(shù)的形式設(shè)置權(quán)重值,針對需入庫的板坯組,在生產(chǎn)規(guī)程的限定范圍內(nèi),以匹配度之和最高為目標(biāo)建立了板坯入庫模型。針對板坯出庫,本文調(diào)換軋制計劃內(nèi)的板坯順序,以調(diào)換后的板坯在滿足軋制規(guī)程的約束條件下倒垛次數(shù)最少為目標(biāo),建立了板坯出庫模型。針對板坯入庫模型,本文基于解決裝箱算法的經(jīng)典啟發(fā)式算法Best-Fit算法,結(jié)合板坯生產(chǎn)階段連續(xù)性的特點,設(shè)計了Continual Best-Fit(CBF)算法,已達(dá)到優(yōu)化求解的同時減少算法運算次數(shù)的目的。針對板坯出庫模型,本文設(shè)計了帶慣性權(quán)重的離散性粒子群優(yōu)化算法。最后用實驗數(shù)據(jù)對模型和算法的有效性進行了驗證;谀P秃退惴,開發(fā)了板坯入出庫管理模塊,既能夠驗證模型和算法,又能夠作為實際應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),在板坯庫管理中使用。最后介紹了系統(tǒng)的主要界面和操作流程。
[Abstract]:Slab warehouse is one of the important logistics nodes in steel production process. It is not only the finished product bank of steelmaking process, but also the raw material bank of hot rolling process, which has an important influence on the production of upstream and downstream processes.There are many stacking positions and slabs in the slab storehouse, and the properties and states of the slabs are all complicated. If we simply rely on the manual assignment of the stacking position and the optimization of the exiting storehouse, the efficiency is low, and it is limited by the limitation of artificial thinking.In this paper, the optimal management of slab input and exit for upstream and downstream production is studied, the key problems are analyzed and abstracted, the mathematical model is established for the key input and exit problems, and the appropriate algorithm is selected to solve the problem.On the basis of this, the management system of billet entry and exit is developed.On the basis of studying the advanced technology of inputting and exiting the slab storehouse at home and abroad, this paper deeply analyzes the important function of the inputting and exiting management of the slab storehouse under the constraint condition of the iron and steel integrated production, and analyzes the present situation of the slab storehouse.The optimization contents of the management of the slab storehouse in and out of the warehouse are clarified, and the overall production logistics model of the slab storehouse is established.Based on the goal of ensuring the integrated production rhythm and reducing the stacking capacity, the mathematical models are established for the slab storage and the slab exit optimization respectively.Aiming at slab storage, this paper sets up the weight value in the form of parameters for each index that affects the matching degree. For the slab group that needs to be stored in the storehouse, the model of slab storage is established in the limited range of production rules, with the maximum matching degree as the goal.In this paper, the order of slab in rolling plan is changed in order to reduce the number of stacking times under the constraint of rolling schedule, and the model of slab out of storage is established in this paper.In this paper, based on the classical heuristic algorithm, Best-Fit algorithm, which solves the packing algorithm, and considering the characteristics of the continuity of slab production stage, the Continual Best-Fitn CBF algorithm is designed, which has achieved the purpose of optimizing the solution and reducing the operation times of the algorithm.In this paper, a discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm with inertial weight is designed for slab exit model.Finally, the validity of the model and algorithm is verified by experimental data.Based on the model and algorithm, the module is developed, which not only can verify the model and algorithm, but also can be used as a practical application system in slab library management.Finally, the main interface and operation flow of the system are introduced.
