【摘要】:2008年金融危機(jī)之后,中國(guó)企業(yè)許多方面正在遭遇瓶頸,如何規(guī)避國(guó)際匯率波動(dòng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和各經(jīng)濟(jì)體不景氣導(dǎo)致的訂單下降,更加高效的開拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng),已經(jīng)成為困擾企業(yè)的一個(gè)難題。而HC公司是一家國(guó)內(nèi)行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的中小型化工生產(chǎn)企業(yè),其國(guó)際貿(mào)易部于2006年建立。作為一個(gè)復(fù)雜多變的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)挑戰(zhàn)者,勢(shì)必會(huì)遇到諸多壓力和困難。激勵(lì)政策,是確保企業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要保障之一,是國(guó)際貿(mào)易部員工的動(dòng)力源泉。在此背景下,企業(yè)原有的激勵(lì)政策已不能適應(yīng)激烈的全球化競(jìng)爭(zhēng),之前也沒(méi)有類似的化工類中小型企業(yè)國(guó)際化激勵(lì)政策可供參考,因此探索出適合HC公司國(guó)際貿(mào)易部的激勵(lì)機(jī)制優(yōu)化策略是該公司的當(dāng)務(wù)之急,同時(shí)這也會(huì)是激勵(lì)理論在知識(shí)型員工群體上的一次真實(shí)嘗試。HC公司正處于國(guó)際化轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,如何運(yùn)用科學(xué)的激勵(lì)理論和方法,結(jié)合知識(shí)型員工的需求特點(diǎn),在心理契約視角下,針對(duì)企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況對(duì)HC公司國(guó)際貿(mào)易部員工的激勵(lì)機(jī)制進(jìn)行優(yōu)化策略研究,是本文的研究重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:After the 2008 financial crisis, Chinese enterprises are experiencing bottlenecks in many aspects. How to avoid the risk of international exchange rate fluctuations and the decline in orders caused by the recession in various economies, so as to exploit the international market more efficiently.It has become a difficult problem for enterprises.HC is a leading domestic small-and medium-sized chemical enterprises, its Ministry of International Trade was established in 2006.As a complex and changeable international market challenger, will inevitably encounter a lot of pressure and difficulties.Incentive policy is one of the important guarantee to ensure the international competitiveness of enterprises.In this context, the original incentive policies of enterprises can no longer adapt to the fierce global competition, and there are no similar international incentive policies for the small and medium-sized chemical enterprises for reference.Therefore, it is urgent for HC Company to explore the incentive mechanism optimization strategy which is suitable for the international trade department of HC company. At the same time, it will be a real attempt of incentive theory in the knowledge worker group. HC company is in the key period of international transformation.How to apply the scientific incentive theory and method, combined with the demand characteristics of the knowledge workers, under the psychological contract angle of view, according to the actual situation of the enterprise to carry on the optimization strategy research to the HC company international trade department employee's incentive mechanism.It is the focus of this paper.
