【摘要】:一個(gè)企業(yè)、延伸到一個(gè)行業(yè)、甚至高至國家,要想實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展就得有動(dòng)力源泉,那就是創(chuàng)新。當(dāng)前的中國正處在建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期,也處在國家創(chuàng)新能力邁進(jìn)全球“中上游”的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。企業(yè)是創(chuàng)新主體,其進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新的規(guī)模和質(zhì)量,和其所在國家的創(chuàng)新能力和水平有非常直接的聯(lián)系。我國有著獨(dú)立且健全的工業(yè)體系,而機(jī)械制造業(yè)是我國制造業(yè)的中堅(jiān)力量,掌握核心技術(shù)是我國機(jī)械制造業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)由大變強(qiáng)轉(zhuǎn)變的必要條件。但是現(xiàn)階段我國機(jī)械制造企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新仍存在許多問題,諸如技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng)、核心技術(shù)掌握少、創(chuàng)新意識(shí)不足、機(jī)制法規(guī)制度等,這些無不對(duì)我國科技創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展起到了阻礙作用,這種情況下機(jī)械制造業(yè)必須加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新步伐,加大技術(shù)創(chuàng)新力度,掌握更多核心技術(shù),提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,建立和健全以企業(yè)為主體的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系,為企業(yè)持續(xù)且健康發(fā)展提高有力的保障。本文以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論為基礎(chǔ),以系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo),研究了機(jī)械制造企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的理論體系及其運(yùn)行機(jī)制,建立了機(jī)械制造企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。論文首先對(duì)我國機(jī)械制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀和影響因素進(jìn)行了闡述,然后,論文確定了機(jī)械制造企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的邊界,并分析了系統(tǒng)中技術(shù)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新運(yùn)行、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的因果關(guān)系,進(jìn)而建立了機(jī)械制造企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,將相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和方程引入模型進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真模擬,并檢驗(yàn)了模型的準(zhǔn)確性。最后,在模型通過驗(yàn)證后,論文設(shè)置四組不同的行為并進(jìn)行模擬,并通過對(duì)模擬結(jié)果的對(duì)比分析對(duì)我國機(jī)械制造企業(yè)提出一些對(duì)策,以期能為政府和機(jī)械制造企業(yè)決策提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:A business extends to an industry, even to the country, to realize the sustainable development with the power source, it is innovation. The current China is in the construction of an innovative country in the crucial period, also in a critical period of national innovation ability into the global "upstream". The enterprise is the main innovation. The scale and quality of innovation, has very direct contact and innovation ability and level of the country. China has independent and perfect industrial system, and machinery manufacturing industry is the backbone of China's manufacturing industry, grasp the core technology is China's machinery manufacturing industry from big to strong changes necessary conditions. But at the present stage of China's machinery manufacturing enterprises technological innovation still exist many problems, such as technology innovation ability, grasp the core technology, lack of awareness of innovation mechanism, laws and regulations, all these in China's science and technology innovation The new development hindered this case machinery manufacturing industry must accelerate the pace of technological innovation, strengthen technological innovation, grasp more core technology, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, establish and improve the enterprises as the mainstay of technological innovation system, sustainable and healthy development of enterprises to improve the basis of effective protection. The theory of technological innovation, the system dynamics theory, the theory of system and operation mechanism of technology innovation system of machinery manufacturing enterprises, establish a system dynamics model of manufacturing enterprise technology innovation machinery. Firstly China's machinery manufacturing industry technology innovation situation and influence factors are discussed, and then, the paper confirms the technological innovation system of machinery manufacturing enterprise boundary, and analyzes the dynamic system of technological innovation, technological innovation, technological innovation performance of each subsystem for The fruit, and then establish a system dynamics model of manufacturing enterprise technology innovation mechanism, the relevant data into the model and equations for dynamic simulation, and verify the accuracy of the model. Finally, the model is verified through post, the four groups set up different behavior and in simulation, and puts forward some countermeasures for China's machinery manufacturing the enterprise through comparing the simulation results of the analysis, in order to provide a reference for government decision-making and machinery manufacturing enterprises.
