【摘要】：本文利用2004—2012年79個(gè)國(guó)家構(gòu)成的非均衡面板數(shù)據(jù),采用面板負(fù)二項(xiàng)回歸模型,探究了FDI和制度環(huán)境對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的影響,分析了基于信號(hào)傳遞理論、公共選擇理論和FDI溢出效應(yīng)的三種補(bǔ)償機(jī)制,區(qū)分了補(bǔ)償作用的長(zhǎng)期性與短期性,并討論了補(bǔ)償作用在不同國(guó)家的差異性。研究結(jié)果表明:FDI對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)具有顯著的擠入效應(yīng),且這種擠入效應(yīng)在創(chuàng)業(yè)時(shí)間更長(zhǎng)、創(chuàng)業(yè)成本更高及借貸法律指數(shù)更弱的國(guó)家得到增強(qiáng),即FDI對(duì)低水平的制度環(huán)境存在補(bǔ)償作用,其補(bǔ)償機(jī)制具體包括增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)信心、改善創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境和提高生產(chǎn)率;在短期和長(zhǎng)期內(nèi),FDI對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的擠入效應(yīng)及對(duì)低水平制度環(huán)境的補(bǔ)償作用均存在,且在長(zhǎng)期內(nèi)補(bǔ)償作用更顯著;此外,與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,這種補(bǔ)償作用在發(fā)展中國(guó)家更強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:This paper from 2004 to 2012 in 79 countries an unbalanced panel data, using panel negative two regression model, to explore the impact of FDI and institutional environment for entrepreneurial activities, were analyzed based on the signal transmission theory, three kinds of compensation mechanism of public choice theory and the spillover effect of FDI, the distinction between the long-term and short-term effects of compensation, and discuss the compensation effect in different countries. The research results show that FDI has significant crowding in effect on entrepreneurial activity, and the crowding in effect in the business longer, the higher cost of borrowing and Business Law refers to the number of weaker countries has been strengthened, existing compensation system environment is of low level FDI the compensation mechanism, including to enhance business confidence, improve the business environment and improve productivity; in the short and long term, FDI crowding in effect on entrepreneurial activity and the low level system of environmental compensation Both are present and have more significant compensation in the long term; in addition, the compensation effect is stronger in developing countries than in developed countries.
