【摘要】：知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來,業(yè)已使得知識(shí)更新速度的逐漸加快,企業(yè)或其他組織的生存和發(fā)展都離不開日新月異的科技、知識(shí)來武裝自己,需要運(yùn)用知識(shí)去研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品,維持其核心競爭力,但是單靠一方想要完成研發(fā)面臨著高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、高成本和諸多不確定的因素,在這樣的情況下,知識(shí)聯(lián)盟應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。如何讓知識(shí)聯(lián)盟的合作成效越來越好成為了學(xué)術(shù)界和企業(yè)界共同關(guān)注的話題。在知識(shí)聯(lián)盟這樣的群體合作環(huán)境下,關(guān)系資本也會(huì)逐漸產(chǎn)生,并在聯(lián)盟內(nèi)部有著不容忽視的作用。基于此,本文從關(guān)系資本的視角,探討關(guān)系資本對知識(shí)聯(lián)盟中合作成效的作用機(jī)理,并引入知識(shí)共享作為中介變量,從其知識(shí)獲取和知識(shí)貢獻(xiàn)兩個(gè)維度來研究,旨在分析關(guān)系資本、知識(shí)共享對知識(shí)聯(lián)盟中合作成效的影響。本文通過回顧關(guān)系資本、知識(shí)共享、知識(shí)聯(lián)盟等相關(guān)研究成果,發(fā)現(xiàn)前人從關(guān)系資本的角度去分析知識(shí)聯(lián)盟的文獻(xiàn)還非常有限,基于此,從連帶關(guān)系理論、資源依附理論、交易成本理論、價(jià)值鏈理論的理論基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了關(guān)系資本對知識(shí)聯(lián)盟中合作成效影響模型,即探討關(guān)系資本的三個(gè)維度信任、認(rèn)同、互惠對知識(shí)聯(lián)盟的合作成效的作用機(jī)理,并引入中介變量知識(shí)共享,從其知識(shí)獲取和知識(shí)貢獻(xiàn)兩個(gè)維度,來分析知識(shí)共享在模型中的中介作用。在理論推導(dǎo)的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,并運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS22.0和AMOS22.0對回收的有效數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行信度和效度分析、因子分析、相關(guān)分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的檢驗(yàn),最后得出如下結(jié)論:一是關(guān)系資本的各個(gè)維度對知識(shí)共享都有正向顯著影響,其中信任、認(rèn)同、互惠均能有效促進(jìn)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟中的知識(shí)共享;二是知識(shí)共享有助于知識(shí)聯(lián)盟的合作成效,知識(shí)獲取和知識(shí)貢獻(xiàn)對知識(shí)聯(lián)盟中合作成效都有積極作用。本研究從關(guān)系資本的視角出發(fā),研究其對知識(shí)聯(lián)盟中合作成效的影響,并通過知識(shí)共享中介變量來構(gòu)建關(guān)系模型,論證了關(guān)系資本、知識(shí)共享對知識(shí)聯(lián)盟中合作成效的影響,在一定程度上為關(guān)系資本對知識(shí)聯(lián)盟的研究豐富了理論分析和實(shí)證論證,也為今后知識(shí)聯(lián)盟的管理者在促進(jìn)合作成效上提供了一些管理的建議和參考,為知識(shí)聯(lián)盟的順利合作提供了幫助。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of knowledge economy era, the speed of knowledge renewal has been accelerated gradually. The survival and development of enterprises or other organizations can not be separated from the rapid development of science and technology, knowledge to arm themselves, need to use knowledge to develop new products, Maintaining its core competitiveness, but facing high risk, high cost and many uncertain factors in order to complete R & D by one side alone, in such a case, Knowledge alliance emerges as the times require. How to make the cooperation effect of knowledge alliance more and more effective has become a topic of common concern of academia and business circles. Under the environment of group cooperation such as knowledge alliance, relational capital will also gradually emerge. Therefore, from the perspective of relational capital, this paper discusses the mechanism of relational capital on the effectiveness of cooperation in knowledge alliance, and introduces knowledge sharing as an intermediary variable. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of relational capital and knowledge sharing on the effectiveness of cooperation in knowledge alliances. This paper reviews the related research results such as relational capital, knowledge sharing, knowledge alliance, and so on. It is found that the literature on knowledge alliance analysis from the angle of relational capital is very limited. Based on this, based on the theory of contiguous relation theory, resource dependence theory, transaction cost theory, value chain theory, This paper constructs a model of the influence of relational capital on the cooperative effectiveness in knowledge alliance, which is to explore the mechanism of the relationship capital's three dimensions of trust, identity and reciprocity on the cooperative effectiveness of the knowledge alliance, and introduce the intermediary variable knowledge sharing. From the two dimensions of knowledge acquisition and knowledge contribution, this paper analyzes the intermediary role of knowledge sharing in the model. Based on the theoretical derivation, the questionnaire is designed, and the reliability and validity of the recovered effective data are analyzed by using the statistical software SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0. Factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model test, finally draw the following conclusions: first, each dimension of relational capital has a positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing, in which trust, identity, Reciprocity can effectively promote knowledge sharing in knowledge alliances. Second, knowledge sharing contributes to the effectiveness of knowledge alliances. Knowledge acquisition and knowledge contribution play a positive role in the cooperative effectiveness of knowledge alliance. This study studies the impact of knowledge acquisition and knowledge contribution on the effectiveness of cooperation in knowledge alliance from the perspective of relational capital, and constructs a relational model through knowledge sharing intermediary variables. This paper demonstrates the influence of relational capital and knowledge sharing on the effectiveness of cooperation in knowledge alliance, to a certain extent, enriches the theoretical analysis and empirical demonstration for the study of relational capital on knowledge alliance. It also provides some management suggestions and references for the managers of the knowledge alliance in promoting the effectiveness of cooperation in the future, and provides help for the smooth cooperation of the knowledge alliance.
