【摘要】:隨著成本優(yōu)勢的日益喪失,我國傳統(tǒng)的增長方式正面臨難以為繼的局面,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展急需新引擎。對于此種形勢,黨和政府甚為重視,認為轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式已經(jīng)迫在眉睫,創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動的戰(zhàn)略隨之應(yīng)運而生。作為我國的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,電子及通信設(shè)備制造業(yè)近年來發(fā)展迅速,并呈現(xiàn)出明顯的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動勢頭,在芯片、面板等眾多技術(shù)領(lǐng)域都實現(xiàn)了質(zhì)的突破,已成為創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動的標(biāo)桿產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文正是基于上述背景,分析了我國電子及通信設(shè)備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢和創(chuàng)新情況,并利用我國25個省2005-2015年的面板數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建回歸模型,實證分析了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對電子及通信設(shè)備制造業(yè)價值鏈升級的作用。對于本文所研究的課題,筆者首先就其背景及研究意義進行了簡要闡述,接著明確了本文研究的主要思路以及所采取的分析方法。其次通過收集數(shù)據(jù)資料,以各類圖表的形式呈現(xiàn)了所分析產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展情況和在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面所取得的成果。再次,基于該產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展特點,提出了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的六種不同模式,并分別分析了各種模式對產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈升級的影響機制。最后,本文采取了主成分分析的方法,將反映產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的7個主要指標(biāo)綜合成自主創(chuàng)新和引進創(chuàng)新兩個因子,通過構(gòu)建面板數(shù)據(jù)的回歸模型,實證分析了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的兩個因子對電子及通信設(shè)備制造業(yè)價值鏈升級的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),自主創(chuàng)新對產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈升級存在顯著的促進作用,而引進創(chuàng)新則會阻礙價值鏈的升級。本文最后基于研究所產(chǎn)生的結(jié)論針對產(chǎn)業(yè)今后的發(fā)展提出了幾點建議。
[Abstract]:With the loss of cost advantage, China's traditional growth mode is facing an unsustainable situation, and economic development is in urgent need of a new engine. The Party and the government attach great importance to this situation and believe that it is urgent to change the mode of economic development. As one of China's high-tech industries, the electronics and communications equipment manufacturing industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and has shown a clear momentum of innovation drive in the chip, Many technical fields, such as panel, have achieved a qualitative breakthrough and become a benchmark industry driven by innovation. Based on the above background, this paper analyzes the development trend and innovation situation of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry in China. Using panel data of 25 provinces in China from 2005 to 2015 to build a regression model, this paper empirically analyzes the role of technological innovation in upgrading the value chain of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry. First of all, the author briefly expounds the background and significance of the research, and then clarifies the main ideas and analytical methods adopted in this paper. The paper presents the development of the analyzed industry and the achievements in technological innovation in the form of various charts. Thirdly, based on the development characteristics of the industry, six different models of technological innovation are proposed. Finally, the paper adopts the method of principal component analysis to synthesize the seven main indexes reflecting industrial technological innovation into two factors: independent innovation and imported innovation. By constructing the regression model of panel data, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of two factors of technological innovation on the upgrading of the value chain of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry. The results show that independent innovation has a significant role in promoting the upgrading of industrial value chain. The introduction of innovation will hinder the upgrading of the value chain. Finally, based on the conclusions of the research, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of the industry.
