【摘要】：在市場環(huán)境動態(tài)多變的知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,如何開展跨項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)以提高項(xiàng)目績效和增強(qiáng)組織能力,是項(xiàng)目型組織面臨的一個(gè)重要問題。近年來,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者日益增加對企業(yè)跨項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)注,取得豐碩的研究成果,但目前仍缺乏對國內(nèi)外企業(yè)跨項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)研究最新進(jìn)展的綜合分析。鑒于此,本文梳理國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),在闡述跨項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,從研究視角、行為機(jī)制、影響因素、行為結(jié)果和治理機(jī)制五個(gè)方面,對近年來國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)與分析,并提出研究展望,以期對我國企業(yè)跨項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)研究有所裨益。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy with dynamic and changeable market environment, how to develop cross-project learning to improve project performance and strengthen organizational ability is an important problem facing project-based organizations in recent years. Scholars at home and abroad are paying more and more attention to cross-project learning of enterprises and have achieved fruitful research results. However, there is still a lack of comprehensive analysis of the latest progress of cross-project learning in enterprises at home and abroad. In view of this, this paper combs the relevant literature at home and abroad. On the basis of expounding the connotation of cross-project learning, this paper summarizes and analyzes the related research results in recent years from five aspects: research perspective, behavior mechanism, influencing factors, behavior results and governance mechanism, and puts forward the research prospect. In order to our country enterprise cross-project study has the benefit.
