【摘要】：企業(yè)環(huán)境社會責任可以為公司產(chǎn)生新的競爭性資源,本文以此理論為基礎(chǔ),通過從媒體報道中提取的260個中國上市公司環(huán)境事件樣本進行實證研究,分析了環(huán)境事件對股票市場反應(yīng)和企業(yè)價值的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),短期內(nèi)公布有利環(huán)境事件的公司,得到市場肯定,股價獲得超額收益;公布不利環(huán)境事件的公司,股價顯著降低。這種獎勵和懲罰的力度隨著公司環(huán)境保護的外部壓力增加而增大。同時,本文發(fā)現(xiàn),發(fā)生有利環(huán)境事件的公司,企業(yè)價值得到提升;發(fā)生不利環(huán)境事件的公司,企業(yè)價值沒有顯著降低。短期市場反應(yīng)"懲惡揚善"的特征表明,公眾有著良好的環(huán)保意識。但長期條件下,企業(yè)環(huán)境社會責任負向作用傳導不順暢,在復雜市場機制中產(chǎn)生了對環(huán)境事件"隱惡揚善"的結(jié)果。面對這種情況,一方面,需要繼續(xù)保持新環(huán)保法推出后強政府監(jiān)管的良好局面;另一方面,加深公司對于環(huán)境社會責任的理解,引導公司實現(xiàn)解決環(huán)境問題實踐與可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標的統(tǒng)一,促進新常態(tài)下的綠色供給側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Corporate environmental social responsibility can produce new competitive resources for companies. Based on this theory, this paper conducts an empirical study on 260 samples of environmental events of listed companies in China, which are extracted from media reports. This paper analyzes the impact of environmental events on stock market reaction and firm value. The study found that companies that publish favorable environmental events in a short period of time obtain market affirmation, share prices get excess returns, and companies that publish adverse environmental events, This incentive and punishment increases with the increase of external pressure on the environmental protection of the company. At the same time, this paper finds that the value of the firm with the occurrence of the favorable environmental event is increased; the company with the adverse environmental event, The characteristics of short-term market response "punishing evil and promoting good" show that the public has a good sense of environmental protection. But in the long run, the negative role of corporate environmental social responsibility is not transmitted smoothly. The complex market mechanism has resulted in the "hidden evil and good" of environmental events. Faced with this situation, on the one hand, it is necessary to continue to maintain a good situation of strong government supervision after the introduction of the new environmental protection law; on the other hand, To deepen the company's understanding of environmental and social responsibility, to guide the company to realize the unity of environmental problem solving practice and sustainable development goal, and to promote the green supply-side transformation and development under the new normal.
