一汽—大眾零部件采購戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,且為推動國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展作出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。作為汽車企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的重要組成部分,汽車零部件的采購不僅關(guān)系著汽車產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,而且對于汽車企業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體發(fā)展也具有重要影響。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化下,汽車市場的競爭日益激烈,產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際化程度也呈現(xiàn)出逐漸增加的變化趨勢,而汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的全球化也對其零部件采購戰(zhàn)略提出了更高的要求,傳統(tǒng)的基于本國既有資源的零部件采購模式在產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、性能等方面難以形成與國際汽車行業(yè)零部件采購的有效競爭,在此背景下,汽車企業(yè)零部件全球范圍內(nèi)資源的重新配置及其全球采購戰(zhàn)略的制定與實(shí)施已勢在必行。本文以我國著名汽車制造公司一汽大眾汽車有限公司作為主要研究對象,通過對與本課題相關(guān)的比較優(yōu)勢、資源配置等理論進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而對一汽大眾汽車零部件的采購現(xiàn)狀和采購過程中存在的問題展開了深入研究,在結(jié)合其零部件采購戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境和影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,對一汽大眾汽車零部采購戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)容和實(shí)施途徑作出了系統(tǒng)探究。文章具體研究內(nèi)容如下:首先,對本課題的研究背景、意義、內(nèi)容和方法予以說明,并對與本課題相關(guān)的理論和前人既有研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)和歸納;其次,對一汽大眾汽車零部件采購的現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行分析;再次,對當(dāng)前一汽大眾企業(yè)零部件采購的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境和影響因素作出了研究,其中,汽車環(huán)境包括了國內(nèi)、國外兩方面,而零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略地位則通過零部件與整車的關(guān)系及其產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略地位予以說明;而后,對對一汽大眾汽車零部件全球采購的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)、階段劃分和基本模式進(jìn)行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對其零部件全球采購戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施途徑展開深入研究;最后,對本課題研究的結(jié)論和不足進(jìn)行說明并對一汽大眾零部件采購戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the automobile industry of our country has developed rapidly, and has made a great contribution to the development of national economy. As an important part of the production and operation of automobile enterprises, the purchase of automobile parts is not only related to the quality of automobile products. It also has an important impact on the overall development of automobile enterprises and industries. Under the economic globalization, the competition in the automobile market is becoming increasingly fierce, and the degree of internationalization of the industry is gradually increasing. The globalization of automobile industry development mode also puts forward higher request to its parts purchasing strategy. The traditional parts purchasing mode based on the existing resources of our country is in the quality of products. Performance and other aspects are difficult to form effective competition with the international auto industry parts procurement, in this context, It is imperative to reconfigure the global resources of auto parts and to make and implement the global purchasing strategy. In this paper, FAW Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd, a famous automobile manufacturing company in China, is the main research object. Through the analysis of the comparative advantage and the theory of resource allocation related to this subject, the paper makes a deep research on the purchasing status of FAW Volkswagen parts and the problems existing in the purchasing process. Based on the environment and influencing factors of the purchasing strategy of parts and components, this paper makes a systematic research on the content and implementation of the zero-part purchasing strategy of FAW Volkswagen. The specific research contents of this paper are as follows: first, the research background of this subject. Significance, content and methods to explain, and related to the subject of the theory and previous existing research results are summarized and summarized; secondly, FAW Volkswagen parts procurement status and problems are analyzed; third, This paper studies the strategic environment and influencing factors of FAW-VW parts procurement. Among them, the automobile environment includes two aspects: domestic and foreign. The strategic position of the parts industry is explained by the relationship between the parts and the whole vehicle and the strategic position of the industry. Then, the strategic goal and strategic focus of the global procurement of FAW Volkswagen parts and components are discussed. On the basis of the analysis of the phase division and the basic model, the paper makes a deep study on the implementation of the global procurement strategy of its parts and components. The conclusion and deficiency of this research are explained and the development direction of FAW Volkswagen parts purchasing strategy is prospected.
