中小企業(yè)開放式創(chuàng)新背景下網(wǎng)絡嵌入性、組織學習與創(chuàng)新績效的關系研究

【摘要】:中小企業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,是市場經(jīng)濟活動的主要參與者,是我國企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的主體,其在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構、推進改革、實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)興業(yè)以及緩解就業(yè)壓力方面扮演著十分重要的角色。隨著技術復雜性的提高、資源流動性的加快以及產(chǎn)品生命周期的縮短,企業(yè)尤其是中小企業(yè)很難獨自完成產(chǎn)品從研發(fā)到銷售的全過程,傳統(tǒng)的封閉式創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢逐漸衰退,已經(jīng)不能滿足中小企業(yè)的需求,取而代之的是開放式創(chuàng)新范式。開放式創(chuàng)新是中小企業(yè)擺脫資源限制、提高自身競爭優(yōu)勢的必由之路。創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡的形成有利于實現(xiàn)各主體之間的優(yōu)勢互補,有利于實現(xiàn)資源的最大利用,避免資源浪費。開放式創(chuàng)新要求企業(yè)以更加開放的姿態(tài)融入到創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡,通過更好地嵌入到所屬創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡,迅速、準確地獲取創(chuàng)新所需的各種資源。企業(yè)嵌入網(wǎng)絡的程度越強,越能夠幫助其獲得各種資源和把握市場變化,進而提升創(chuàng)新績效。另一方面,企業(yè)要想將外部獲得的創(chuàng)新資源轉(zhuǎn)化為自身的能力,進行組織學習十分必要。組織學習是企業(yè)保持活力的重要源泉,其在網(wǎng)絡嵌入性影響中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的關系機理中扮演何種角色以及發(fā)揮何種作用有待做進一步地分析研究。因此,本文在對國內(nèi)外相關文獻進行梳理和回顧的基礎上,以江蘇省中小制造企業(yè)為主要研究對象,運用理論分析和實證分析相結(jié)合的方法來探討開放式創(chuàng)新背景下網(wǎng)絡嵌入性影響中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的內(nèi)在機理,主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)對開放式創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡、網(wǎng)絡嵌入性、組織學習等理論的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行綜述,奠定本研究的理論基礎;(2)基于前面的文獻閱讀基礎,提出相關假設,建立網(wǎng)絡嵌入性影響績效的理論模型;根據(jù)國內(nèi)外成熟量表,結(jié)合本研究的目的、對象,確定本文相關變量的測量維度;(3)通過問卷調(diào)查收集相關數(shù)據(jù),運用SPSS18.0、Amos21.0等統(tǒng)計分析軟件對收集數(shù)據(jù)進行處理,驗證本文提出的相關假設;(4)根據(jù)實證分析結(jié)果,從宏觀層面和微觀層面就開放式創(chuàng)新背景下如何推動中小企業(yè)更好地融入創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡、提高中小企業(yè)組織學習能力提出相應的對策和建議。本研究主要結(jié)論有:(1)網(wǎng)絡嵌入性對創(chuàng)新績效有顯著的正向影響;關系嵌入性、結(jié)構嵌入性對創(chuàng)新績效有顯著的正向影響;(2)網(wǎng)絡嵌入性對組織學習有顯著的正向影響;網(wǎng)絡嵌入性各維度對組織學習各維度有顯著的正向影響;(3)組織學習對創(chuàng)新績效有顯著的正向影響;組織學習各維度對創(chuàng)新績效有顯著的正向影響;(4)組織學習在結(jié)構嵌入性、關系嵌入性影響創(chuàng)新績效的機理中起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of China's national economy, a major participant in market economy activities, and the main body of enterprise innovation in China. They are developing the economy, optimizing the industrial structure, and promoting reform. Entrepreneurship and employment stress play a very important role. As technological complexity increases, resource mobility accelerates and product life cycles shorten, It is very difficult for enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to complete the whole process from research and development to sales alone. The traditional closed innovation advantage is gradually declining and can no longer meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. Instead of open innovation paradigm, open innovation is the only way for small and medium-sized enterprises to get rid of resource constraints and improve their own competitive advantage. Open innovation requires enterprises to integrate into innovation networks in a more open manner, by better embedding in their own innovation networks. The more the enterprise is embedded in the network, the more it can help it to obtain all kinds of resources and grasp the market changes, and then improve the innovation performance, on the other hand, If an enterprise wants to transform its external innovative resources into its own ability, it is necessary to carry out organizational learning, which is an important source of enterprise vitality. What role it plays and what role it plays in the relationship between network embeddedness and innovation performance of small and medium-sized enterprises need to be further analyzed and studied. Therefore, based on the review and review of relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper studies the relationship between network embeddedness and innovation performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Taking small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province as the main research object, this paper discusses the internal mechanism of network embeddedness affecting the innovation performance of small and medium-sized enterprises under the background of open innovation by using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. The main research contents are as follows: (1) A summary of the domestic and foreign research status of open innovation, innovation network, network embeddedness, organizational learning, etc. The theoretical model of network embeddedness influencing performance is established. According to the mature scale at home and abroad, combined with the purpose of this study, the measurement dimension of relevant variables in this paper is determined. Using SPSS 18.0 Amos21.0 and other statistical analysis software to process the collected data, verify the relevant hypotheses put forward in this paper, according to the results of empirical analysis, At the macro and micro levels, on how to promote the integration of SMEs into innovation networks in the context of open innovation, The main conclusions of this study are: (1) Network embeddedness has a significant positive impact on innovation performance; Structural embeddedness has a significant positive impact on innovation performance. (2) Network embeddedness has a significant positive effect on organizational learning; (3) organizational learning has a significant positive impact on innovation performance, organizational learning has a significant positive impact on innovation performance, and organizational learning has a significant positive impact on innovation performance. Relational embeddedness plays an intermediary role in the mechanism of influencing innovation performance.
