【摘要】：隨著河北省城鎮(zhèn)化速度的加快,河北省建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展也隨之加快,給建筑業(yè)企業(yè)帶來了更大的建筑市場。根據(jù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析得出:河北省建筑業(yè)對河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)率整體處于增大的態(tài)勢,而河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)的拉動(dòng)率0.2%左右,仍然高于發(fā)達(dá)國家0.1%的拉動(dòng)率,說明建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展仍能夠完善河北省基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,促進(jìn)河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。這樣就給建筑業(yè)企業(yè)帶來更多的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,帶動(dòng)河北省建筑業(yè)進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。但更多的機(jī)遇預(yù)示著更加激烈的競爭,由于河北省建筑業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展比較薄弱,仍然進(jìn)行粗放式生產(chǎn),造成了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效益較低,在競爭中優(yōu)勢不明顯,這樣會(huì)給企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來了負(fù)面影響,從中反映出的河北省建筑業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展問題亟需解決。由此本文以使河北省建筑業(yè)企業(yè)獲得可持發(fā)展為目的,通過理論和現(xiàn)狀描述,提出培育河北省建筑業(yè)企業(yè)核心競爭力。然后以此研究主題出發(fā),首先對河北省建筑業(yè)企業(yè)核心競爭力的研究基礎(chǔ)做了具體介紹,明確了本文的研究框架。其次,對河北省建筑業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析,指出河北省建筑業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展的必要性。再次,通過對河北省建筑業(yè)企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈內(nèi)容和與核心競爭力關(guān)系的分析,識(shí)別了河北省建筑業(yè)企業(yè)核心競爭力的7個(gè)構(gòu)成因素:市場運(yùn)營、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化、工程管理、生產(chǎn)能力和財(cái)務(wù)狀況。然后,以構(gòu)成要素為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),構(gòu)建了河北省建筑業(yè)企業(yè)核心競爭力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,共7個(gè)一級指標(biāo)和18個(gè)二級指標(biāo)。接著用熵權(quán)法和綜合評分法對A、B、C三個(gè)河北省建筑業(yè)企業(yè)的核心競爭力進(jìn)行評價(jià),得出三個(gè)企業(yè)的核心競爭力排名;然后用層次分析法對一級指標(biāo)進(jìn)行權(quán)重確定,計(jì)算一級指標(biāo)評分,通過對評分大小分析,提出相應(yīng)的建議。最后提出河北省建筑業(yè)企業(yè)構(gòu)建核心競爭力的建議。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in Hebei Province, the development of the construction industry in Hebei Province has also accelerated. According to the analysis of relevant data, the contribution rate of Hebei construction industry to the economy of Hebei Province is in an increasing trend, and the economic pull rate of Hebei Province is about 0.2%. Still higher than the pull rate of 0.1% in developed countries, indicating that the development of the construction industry can still improve the infrastructure of Hebei Province and promote the economic development of Hebei Province. This will bring more development opportunities to the construction industry enterprises. Further development of the construction industry in Hebei Province. But more opportunities indicate more fierce competition. Because the development of construction enterprises in Hebei Province is relatively weak, extensive production is still carried out, resulting in lower production efficiency of enterprises. The advantage is not obvious in the competition, this will bring the negative influence to the sustainable development of the enterprise, which reflects the problem of the enterprise development of the construction industry in Hebei Province urgently to be solved. Therefore, this article aims to make the construction enterprise of Hebei Province obtain the sustainable development. Through the description of theory and current situation, this paper puts forward to cultivate the core competence of construction enterprises in Hebei Province. Then, based on this research theme, the research foundation of the core competence of construction enterprises in Hebei Province is introduced in detail. Secondly, it analyzes the development of construction industry in Hebei Province, and points out the necessity of the development of construction enterprises in Hebei Province. Based on the analysis of the content of the value chain and the relationship between the value chain and the core competence of the construction enterprises in Hebei Province, the paper identifies the seven constituent factors of the core competitiveness of the construction enterprises in Hebei Province: market operation, technological innovation, human resource management, corporate culture, etc. Project management, production capacity and financial situation. Then, based on the elements and related literature, the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of construction enterprises in Hebei Province is established. There are 7 first class indexes and 18 second class indexes. Then the core competence of three Hebei construction enterprises is evaluated by entropy weight method and comprehensive scoring method, and the ranking of three enterprises' core competence is obtained. Then we use AHP to determine the weight of the first class index, calculate the grade of the first class index, and put forward the corresponding suggestions through the analysis of the score size. Finally, the paper puts forward the suggestion of constructing the core competence of Hebei construction industry enterprises.
