韻達(dá)快遞公司競爭戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:我國的快遞業(yè)始于上個(gè)世紀(jì)八十年代,起初只有中國郵政特快專遞(EMS),經(jīng)過了多年逐步發(fā)展,快遞業(yè)逐漸走向了更加專業(yè)更加現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展之路,如今隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技的不斷發(fā)展與進(jìn)步,我國快遞業(yè)正呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,市場競爭日益激烈,市場機(jī)制不斷完善,已經(jīng)成為了我國第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中的支柱性行業(yè),為國民生產(chǎn)總值做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。當(dāng)前,中國的快遞市場上的競爭主體主要包括國有快遞企業(yè)、民營快遞企業(yè)和跨國型國際快遞企業(yè)。作為民營快遞企業(yè)之一,韻達(dá)快遞是我國民營快遞企業(yè)的杰出代表,在與各種競爭力量的較量下,呈現(xiàn)出自己的競爭優(yōu)勢,也深刻的意識(shí)到自身的缺陷與不足,在成長中不斷修正和完善。本文在對(duì)快遞的內(nèi)涵和分類以及競爭戰(zhàn)略概念和種類進(jìn)行概括性介紹的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)韻達(dá)快遞公司的宏觀外部行業(yè)、行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境以及公司內(nèi)部的資源能力分別進(jìn)行了客觀詳細(xì)的闡述,進(jìn)而通過運(yùn)用五力分析、SWOT分析等方法對(duì)企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章得出了韻達(dá)公司應(yīng)該選擇差異化競爭戰(zhàn)略的結(jié)論。文章通過研究,使得韻達(dá)公司能夠更加清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)自我,了解其所處的行業(yè)地位,并在差異化競爭戰(zhàn)略研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步得出企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的具體方案,從品牌營銷、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)創(chuàng)新、市場細(xì)分、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)質(zhì)量提升、人才戰(zhàn)略和信息化建設(shè)等多方面進(jìn)行闡述,為韻達(dá)快遞公司未來戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的制定提供一些參考性意見,有助于企業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,這也是本文的創(chuàng)新之處。
[Abstract]:The express delivery industry in our country began in the 1980s. At first, only China Post Speedpost was sent to EMS.After years of gradual development, the express delivery industry gradually moved towards a more professional and more modern development road. With the continuous development and progress of our economy and science and technology, the express delivery industry in our country is showing a vigorous development trend. The market competition is becoming increasingly fierce and the market mechanism is constantly improving. It has become a pillar industry in the tertiary industry of our country. At present, the main body of competition in China's express delivery market mainly includes state-owned express enterprises, private express enterprises and transnational international express delivery enterprises. As one of the private express enterprises, Yoda Express is an outstanding representative of private express enterprises in our country. Under the competition with all kinds of competitive forces, it presents its own competitive advantage, and it is also deeply aware of its own defects and shortcomings. On the basis of a general introduction of the connotation and classification of express delivery and the concept and types of competition strategy, this paper gives a general introduction to the macro external industry of Yoda Express Company. The competitive environment of the industry and the internal resource capacity of the company are described in detail, and then the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the enterprises are analyzed and summarized by using the five forces analysis and SWOT analysis methods. On the basis of this, the paper analyzes and summarizes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the enterprises. The article draws the conclusion that the company should choose the differentiated competitive strategy. Through the research, the company can understand itself more clearly and understand its position in the industry. And on the basis of the conclusion of the research on the differentiated competition strategy, the concrete plan of the implementation of the enterprise strategy is obtained, which includes brand marketing, product service innovation, market segmentation, and the promotion of product and service quality. The talent strategy and information construction are expounded in order to provide some reference suggestions for the formulation of the future strategy implementation of Yoda Express Company, which will be helpful to the long-term development of the enterprise, which is also the innovation of this paper.
