基于智慧旅游的旅游目的地營銷系統(tǒng)框架初建

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,4G等無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)在全球范圍的逐漸覆蓋,智能移動(dòng)終端的快速普及等變化深刻影響著旅游者的消費(fèi)行為,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)必將向智慧化方向轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),而旅游業(yè)作為高度依賴信息的綜合性產(chǎn)業(yè),旅游目的地信息組織和傳播成為發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的突破口。構(gòu)建符合智慧旅游發(fā)展思想的旅游目的地營銷系統(tǒng)(Destination Marketing Systems,簡稱DMS),對(duì)整合區(qū)域內(nèi)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè),提高旅游目的地整體形象和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力將起到極大作用;同時(shí),構(gòu)建智慧化的旅游目的地營銷系統(tǒng)將豐富旅游目的地系統(tǒng)研究理論,為進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)提供理論指導(dǎo)。國內(nèi)關(guān)于旅游目的地營銷系統(tǒng)的研究起步較晚,在理論研究方面缺乏整體性的系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃理論體系,且由于信息化技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速,傳統(tǒng)旅游目的地營銷系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建研究很大程度上無法滿足當(dāng)代旅游發(fā)展需求;在實(shí)踐方面,目前國內(nèi)己建立的DMS中大部分只是作為傳統(tǒng)信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作,其現(xiàn)代營銷職能沒有得到很好運(yùn)用。本研究技術(shù)路線首先從智慧旅游背景出發(fā)進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究;然后以信息系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建流程為主線,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)理論構(gòu)建;最后以案例運(yùn)用進(jìn)行理論實(shí)踐。具體內(nèi)容首先從旅游信息化背景出發(fā),論述智慧化的旅游目的地營銷系統(tǒng)相關(guān)理論;然后以構(gòu)建流程為主線,分別從市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)分析、利益動(dòng)機(jī)分析、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃階段、戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行階段和評(píng)估改進(jìn)階段宏觀把握DMS的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)建步驟;然后進(jìn)行旅游目的地營銷系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)分析,分別介紹了系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)、可行性分析和系統(tǒng)的需求;在系統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建起系統(tǒng)“113N閉環(huán)”總體框架結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)智慧化功能模塊,再根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫需求分析,建立數(shù)據(jù)資源架構(gòu),完成對(duì)智慧化的DMS理論體系的構(gòu)建;最后結(jié)合自貢市旅游市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀和信息化建設(shè)狀況,在智慧旅游思想指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)自貢市的DMS進(jìn)行步驟規(guī)劃和系統(tǒng)分析,最終進(jìn)行DMS的網(wǎng)站和手機(jī)終端部分功能設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本研究最終在智慧旅游指導(dǎo)思想下,融合多學(xué)科理論,從數(shù)據(jù)流向角度出發(fā)搭建起“113N閉環(huán)”總體構(gòu)架,構(gòu)建了集信息服務(wù)、營銷、管理功能于一體的智慧化DMS理論體系,并將進(jìn)行自貢市智慧DMS建設(shè)的案例研究,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了旅游網(wǎng)站總體功能框架,并將位置服務(wù)和旅游信息推送相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了移動(dòng)終端的智慧化應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet communication technology and the gradual coverage of wireless networks such as 4G in the world, the rapid popularization of intelligent mobile terminals and other changes have a profound impact on the consumption behavior of tourists, and the tourism industry will be transformed and upgraded to the direction of wisdom. Tourism, as a comprehensive industry that relies heavily on information, Tourism destination information organization and dissemination have become the breakthrough of tourism development. The construction of tourism destination marketing system in line with the intelligent tourism development idea is called destination Marketing Systems, which is helpful to the integration of tourism industry in the region. Improving the overall image and competitiveness of tourism destination will play a great role, at the same time, the construction of intelligent tourism destination marketing system will enrich the theory of tourism destination system research. In order to provide theoretical guidance for further construction, the domestic research on tourism destination marketing system started relatively late, and lack of a holistic system planning theoretical system in theoretical research, and because of the rapid development of information technology, The research on the construction of traditional tourism destination marketing system can not meet the needs of contemporary tourism development to a great extent. In practice, most of the DMS that has been established in China only operate as traditional information service system. Its modern marketing function has not been well utilized. This research technical route starts from the intelligent tourism background to carry on the related research, then takes the information system construction flow as the main line, carries on the system theory construction; In the end, the author carries on the theory practice with the case application. The concrete content starts from the tourism information background, discusses the related theories of the intelligent tourism destination marketing system, then takes the construction process as the main line, analyzes separately from the market opportunity, Interest motivation analysis, strategic planning stage, strategy implementation stage and evaluation improvement stage grasp the strategic construction steps of DMS macroscopically, and then carry on the system analysis of the tourism destination marketing system, and introduce the goal of the system respectively. On the basis of system analysis, the system "113N closed loop" general frame structure is constructed, the intelligent function module of the system is designed, and the data resource structure is established according to the database demand analysis. Finally, combining with the current situation of tourism market and information construction in Zigong City, under the guidance of intelligent tourism thought, we make a step planning and systematic analysis of DMS in Zigong City. Finally, the DMS website and mobile terminal functions are designed and implemented. Under the guiding ideology of intelligent tourism, this study integrates the multi-disciplinary theory, builds the "113N closed loop" overall framework from the point of view of the data flow direction, and constructs the information gathering service. The intelligent DMS theory system of marketing and management functions is integrated, and the case study of Zigong intelligent DMS construction is carried out. The overall functional framework of the tourism website is designed and realized, and the location service is combined with the tourism information. The intelligent application of mobile terminal is realized.
