【摘要】：在市場經(jīng)濟條件下發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟,離不開企業(yè)或資本的積極參與。從馬克思的資本循環(huán)公式來看,建設低碳經(jīng)濟有五大著力點:資金投入;生產(chǎn)資料,尤其是能源的創(chuàng)新;低碳型勞動力的培養(yǎng);生產(chǎn)過程的低碳化創(chuàng)新;低碳產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新與推廣應用。
[Abstract]:The development of low-carbon economy under the condition of market economy can not be separated from the active participation of enterprises or capital. According to Marx's formula of capital circulation, there are five main points in constructing low-carbon economy: capital investment, means of production, especially the innovation of energy; Cultivation of low-carbon labor force; low-carbonization innovation in production process; innovation and application of low-carbon products.
