共同語言是否利于企業(yè)從全球知識搜索中獲取創(chuàng)新

【摘要】:本文首創(chuàng)性地引入多維度語言因素,利用中國創(chuàng)新企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),從文化制度層面全面考察語言因素對全球知識搜索與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果表明,在外部搜索過程中,企業(yè)需摒棄單一維度的共同語言搜索思路,采用多維共同語言視角,拓寬全球搜索范圍,以實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新績效最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces multi-dimensional language factors, using the data of Chinese innovative enterprises, and comprehensively examines the role of language factors in regulating the relationship between global knowledge search and enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of cultural system. The results show that, In the process of external search, enterprises should abandon the common language search idea of single dimension, adopt multi-dimensional common language perspective, widen the scope of global search, so as to achieve the best innovation performance.
