【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國的經(jīng)濟體制改革已進入深水區(qū),企業(yè)之間的競爭也從傳統(tǒng)的區(qū)域競爭、國內(nèi)競爭演變成了全球競爭,實現(xiàn)全球范圍內(nèi)的資源整合與市場開拓是企業(yè)發(fā)展必須要考慮的問題。因此,為求生存和發(fā)展,優(yōu)化因資金占用大而增加企業(yè)運營成本的庫存管理,成為了企業(yè)降本增效的關(guān)鍵點。庫存,作為企業(yè)運營必不可少的物資,既是保證企業(yè)經(jīng)營活動順利進行的條件同時;而不合理的庫存積壓,既占用公司的存儲空間,也占用企業(yè)大量的流動資金,造成效益的降低。本論文首先從庫存管理的基礎(chǔ)理論和方法出發(fā),結(jié)合Y公司的特點,分析了公司在原材料庫存管理上存在的問題,揭示了這些問題產(chǎn)生的原因;其次,針對公司庫存管理中存在的問題,運用ABC分類法對庫存物資進行分類管理研究;最后,對Y公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)與采購流程進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計。本研究基于對Y公司庫存管理的優(yōu)化研究,既能為Y公司尋找出一套切實可行的庫存管理方案,幫助Y公司有效降低庫存,達到成本控制的目的;同時,可對其他行業(yè)或企業(yè)的庫存優(yōu)化管理提供借鑒的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the economic system reform of our country has entered the deep water area, the competition among enterprises has also changed from the traditional regional competition, the domestic competition has evolved into the global competition. Therefore, in order to survive and develop, it is necessary to optimize the inventory management, which increases the operating cost of the enterprise because of the large capital occupation. Inventory, as an essential material for the operation of an enterprise, is not only a condition to ensure the smooth operation of an enterprise, but also an unreasonable stock backlog, which takes up the storage space of the company. This paper starts from the basic theory and method of inventory management, combined with the characteristics of Y Company, and analyzes the problems existing in the raw material inventory management of the company. The reasons of these problems are revealed. Secondly, aiming at the problems existing in the inventory management of the company, we use the ABC classification method to study the classified management of inventory. This study is based on the optimization of the inventory management of Y Company, which can find out a set of feasible inventory management scheme for Y Company and help Y Company to reduce the inventory effectively. At the same time, it can be used for reference to optimize inventory management in other industries or enterprises.
