【摘要】：以2016年的跨境電商稅改和正面清單為背景,應用演化博弈論和Bertrand模型對跨境電商企業(yè)的決策行為進行了三階段博弈分析。第一階段通過演化博弈論分析企業(yè)和監(jiān)管機構的博弈,得到了超額收益、備貨成本和處罰收入、輿論壓力分別與企業(yè)備貨概率和監(jiān)管機構監(jiān)管概率之間的關系;第二階段和第三階段利用Bertrand模型分析了跨境電商企業(yè)和傳統(tǒng)貿易企業(yè)的價格競爭,其中第三階段還對傳統(tǒng)貿易企業(yè)加入了互補商品以提高市場競爭力。并得出了進口跨境電商企業(yè)在價格競爭中的針對彈性系數的變化采取不同的定價策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of cross-border e-commerce tax reform and positive list in 2016, this paper applies evolutionary game theory and Bertrand model to analyze the decision-making behavior of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in three stages. In the first stage, the game between enterprises and regulators is analyzed by evolutionary game theory. The relationship between excess income, cost of stock preparation and punishment income, pressure of public opinion and the probability of enterprise stocking and supervision by the supervisor is obtained. The second and third stages use Bertrand model to analyze the price competition between cross-border e-commerce enterprises and traditional trading enterprises. In the third stage, complementary commodities are added to the traditional trading enterprises to improve the market competitiveness, and the different pricing strategies of the import cross-border e-commerce enterprises in price competition are obtained according to the change of elasticity coefficient.
