【摘要】:本文作者認(rèn)為,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力可以從對(duì)內(nèi)對(duì)外兩方面概述,對(duì)內(nèi)即對(duì)自己的認(rèn)知,了解自己的能力,明確自己希望成為什么樣的人和組織希望我成為什么樣的人,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位學(xué)習(xí)和鍛煉組織與溝通的能力,并能夠給自己和團(tuán)隊(duì)制定明確的前進(jìn)目標(biāo),在團(tuán)隊(duì)中樹(shù)立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)榜樣;對(duì)外則是強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)他人的影響力,一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,要能夠了解成員的能力和意愿的水平,給成員安排合適的崗位,能夠根據(jù)他們特點(diǎn)采取不同的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方法,制定相應(yīng)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,獲得團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的信任并帶領(lǐng)他們實(shí)現(xiàn)組織目標(biāo)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的開(kāi)發(fā)是一個(gè)體系化的課程,要清楚每一位管理者的特性,培養(yǎng)縱向貫穿的綜合領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不只是一個(gè)稱(chēng)謂,更是一名優(yōu)秀的對(duì)公司戰(zhàn)略分解執(zhí)行的強(qiáng)有力執(zhí)行者。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的開(kāi)發(fā)并不單純的只針對(duì)高層管理者,也應(yīng)在全員中培養(yǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意識(shí),要注重發(fā)揮中層人員的管理潛能。中層管理人員是組織發(fā)展的中流砥柱,怎樣激發(fā)這些人員的潛能提升他們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,需要尋找新的路徑,是很有必要的研究課題。本文將以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的情境理論為主要依據(jù),結(jié)合筆者在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力提升方向上的親身經(jīng)歷,對(duì)企業(yè)中層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的管理能力開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行深入探討,從對(duì)自我的認(rèn)知、提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的組織溝通能力、制定團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展目標(biāo)、為下屬安排合適的崗位、采用適合的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格、制定合適的激勵(lì)機(jī)制這六個(gè)方面分析闡述HJ科技公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題并驗(yàn)證我們提升領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力開(kāi)發(fā)手段的正確性。
[Abstract]:The author believes that leadership can be summarized from both internal and external perspectives, that is, to understand one's own knowledge, to understand one's own ability, to know what one wants to be and what kind of person the organization wants me to be. Learn and develop organizational and communication skills in leadership positions, and be able to set clear goals for yourself and your team and set a leadership example in the team. They should be able to understand the level of competence and willingness of their members, arrange suitable posts for their members, adopt different leadership methods according to their characteristics, and formulate appropriate incentive mechanisms. Building the trust of team members and leading them to organizational goals. Leadership development is a structured course that identifies the characteristics of every manager and develops a comprehensive leadership capability that runs through the vertical. Leadership is more than just a term. The development of leadership is not only aimed at the senior management, but also should cultivate leadership and leadership awareness among the whole staff. The middle managers are the mainstay of the development of the organization. How to stimulate the potential of these people to enhance their leadership needs to find a new way. Based on the situational theory of leadership and the personal experience of the author in the direction of leadership improvement, this paper will deeply discuss the development and application of the management ability of the middle-level leaders in enterprises. From self-awareness, improve leadership organizational communication skills, formulate team development goals, arrange suitable posts for subordinates, adopt appropriate leadership style, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of leadership development in HJ Science and Technology Company from the six aspects of appropriate incentive mechanism and verifies the correctness of our means of improving leadership development.
