【摘要】：以色列軍隊(duì)和當(dāng)?shù)馗呖萍夹袠I(yè)之間的獨(dú)特關(guān)系,一直被認(rèn)為是以色列高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)和創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)蓬勃發(fā)展的有力說明因素。兵役帶來的職業(yè)培訓(xùn)、社會(huì)關(guān)系和社會(huì)行為規(guī)范,影響著高科技行業(yè)的勞動(dòng)力構(gòu)成、組織和職能文化。此論文強(qiáng)調(diào)軍隊(duì)在那些關(guān)系中作為一個(gè)有影響力機(jī)構(gòu)的角色,并指出軍人在服役期間所積累的"軍事資本"如何為退伍生涯帶來益處,激發(fā)他們的創(chuàng)業(yè)激情,推動(dòng)他們開啟創(chuàng)業(yè)生涯。盡管有研究經(jīng)常強(qiáng)調(diào)激情是企業(yè)家精神不可或缺的一部分,但目前還沒有可行的定義可以充分解釋創(chuàng)業(yè)激情是如何被培養(yǎng)的。這份研究旨在通過發(fā)展一個(gè)概念模型來填補(bǔ)這個(gè)空缺,這一模型是為了揭示服役經(jīng)歷如何培育服役軍人的創(chuàng)業(yè)激情以及激發(fā)他們開啟創(chuàng)業(yè)生涯。本研究還利用以色列國防軍作為示范案例,用理論來概括怎樣激發(fā)軍事組織成員身上的創(chuàng)業(yè)激情。此外,還引入領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論和認(rèn)同理論以創(chuàng)造一個(gè)理論背景,來支持兵役和創(chuàng)業(yè)激情之間的因果關(guān)系。此外,本研究還對(duì)三位有服役經(jīng)歷的以色列企業(yè)家進(jìn)行了訪談,明確了以色列國防軍的組織文化哪些關(guān)鍵的獨(dú)特要素有助于培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)激情。然后本研究利用這些關(guān)鍵要素建立了一個(gè)概念模型,解釋全控機(jī)構(gòu)如何培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)激情,如何推動(dòng)退伍軍人開啟創(chuàng)業(yè)生涯。
[Abstract]:The unique relationship between the Israeli army and the local high-tech industry has long been considered a powerful factor in the flourishing Israeli high-tech industry and entrepreneurial activity, the vocational training brought about by military service, social relations and norms of social behaviour, This paper emphasizes the role of the military as an influential institution in those relationships. It also points out how the "military capital" accumulated during the military service can bring benefits to the veterans' career and stimulate their passion for starting a business. Drive them to start a career. Although research has often stressed that passion is an integral part of entrepreneurship, But there is no workable definition of how entrepreneurial passion is nurtured. The study aims to fill the gap by developing a conceptual model. The model was designed to reveal how the service experience nurtured the entrepreneurial passion of serving soldiers and inspired them to start a career. The study also used the Israel Defense Forces as a model case study. Theory is used to outline how to stimulate entrepreneurial passion among members of military organizations. In addition, leadership theory and identity theory are introduced to create a theoretical background to support the causal relationship between military service and entrepreneurial passion. The study also interviewed three Israeli entrepreneurs who had served in the service. It identifies which key unique elements of the IDF organizational culture help foster entrepreneurial passion. Then, the study uses these key elements to establish a conceptual model to explain how full control institutions foster entrepreneurial passion. How to push veterans to start a career.
